Two elegant apartments that are developed on the same floor, adjacent and wanting to communicate with each other, each having its own entrance located in the common entrance for the exclusive use of the Guests, with the access door on the floor, adjacent to the elevator.
The two refined and modern 90sqm three-room apartments are bright balconies with an elegant entrance in a period building at the corner of the heart of Via Veneto, the street of dolce vita and home to the most prestigious hotels in Rome such as Westin Excelsior, Marriott Flora, Via Veneto Hotel, Ambasciatori, Majestic and others; located 80mt away from Porta Pinciana and Villa Borghese, the most important park in the city, 200mt from Piazza Barberini, 10 min walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Piazza del Popolo.
These two facing apartments are located on the 5th floor with lift, each consisting of a living room with large sofa bed, open kitchen and adjacent bathroom, and two bedrooms each with private bathroom; they are equipped with Smart TV, free WI-FI, independent heating / hot water, cold / hot air conditioning system, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.
The 4 bedrooms perfectly furnished with double bed (180x200cm), two bedside tables, large wardrobes equipped with safe, luggage rack, table and iron, desk with armchair, support bench at the bottom of the bed, large console with Smart TV 42 "and internal fridge. The 4 private windowed bathrooms consist of large sinks, toilets, bidets, shower stalls, equipped with hair dryers and clothesline for small hand laundry. The living rooms are large with elegant open kitchens equipped with a large sink, refrigerators, induction hob, oven, kettle, microwave, coffee machine with waffles, toaster, equipped with cutlery, plates, pots and pans; in each living room there is a dining table and chairs for 6 people with a wall sofa, a double sofa bed (160x190cm) with two tables, magazine rack, sideboard for objects and a 48 "Smart TV and WI-FI; adjacent there is a bathroom with a small sink, toilet and shower.
At the request of the Guest, we offer a laundry service for external personal clothing for a fee, with collection at home by 12 noon and return of clean laundry within 24 hours of collection.
Every three days the Host will provide free of charge to every single Guest the change of the bath towels and bed linen set. If the Guest requests an extra change, the cost for each set of towels will be € 3.50, the same for bed linen will be € 7.00.
The cost of the total final cleaning of the apartments will be € uro 102.00, and will be paid upon confirmation of the booking.
The Host will provide from 11 to 13 in free daily service of tidying up and tidying up the apartment, after the above hours the service will cost € 34.00.
The off-rate tourist tax is € 3.50 per person per night for a maximum of ten nights, excluding children under ten years of age.
To facilitate the check-in operation, each Guest is asked to provide a copy of their identification document for communication purposes to the Rome Tourist Office, which as Host we are required to perform in accordance with the law.

By public transport:
METRO line A: Barberini stop 200m away and Spagna stop 600m away to reach Termini Station, the basilica of San Giovanni, the Via Appia or in the opposite direction the Vatican.
METRO B line: from Metro A Barberini or Spagna stop change the line at Termini Station stop to reach the Colosseum, the Imperial Forums and, in the opposite direction, the EUR district where the Colosseum is located.
BUS: along the Via Veneto and around Piazza Barberini there are numerous bus lines to choose from according to the destination.
PRIVATE CARS
The apartment is located outside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) Daytime Historic Center closed to the movement of cars from Monday to Friday from 6.30 to 18.00, on Saturday from 14.00 to 18.00, excluding the holidays. The ZTL Centro Storico Notturna is closed to cars on Friday and Saturday from 23:00 to 3.00 including holidays. Sundays can always be circulated unless otherwise specified.
