About this property

TRE NOCI HOUSE: near the sea

The house has been renovated this year and is completely new. It is immersed in an orchard and orange grove. It consists of a large and inviting living room-kitchen with a comfortable sofa, next to it there is a very large bathroom. A staircase leads to a bedroom with a very comfortable mattress. There is the possibility to connect to the Internet, air conditioning, heating, flat screen TV, bicycles available. Outside a large patio-solarium where you can relax and possibly have meals. The beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. State highway 113, the Lascari railway station, are also nearby, from which you can easily reach Palermo and nearby Cefalù and all the villages that can be reached by rail. There is also a van that reaches the beach. There are two renowned beaches nearby: Salinelle and Gorgolungo. At about 500 meters there is a hypermarket, tobacconists, bars, restaurants at about 1 km. The area is fairly ventilated and cool. You will be pampered and I will let you taste the fruits of my garden.

Prachtig huisje met een ontzettend vriendelijke gastvrouw. Het huis heeft echt alles wat je maar kan bedenken voor een vakantiehuisje. De ligging is buitenaf, maar de drukte kun je altijd opzoeken wanneer je dat wilt.Je wordt ontvangen door de gastvrouw. Ook krijg je een heerlijke granita aangeboden. Er stonden ook twee fietsen die je mocht gebruiken, alleen bleken de banden zacht te zijn. Waarop Elvira zelfs een fietspomp heeft gekocht. Ze heeft tips gegeven waar je lekker kunt eten, wat er in de omgeving te zien is. Wij hebben genoten en zouden het zeker aanbevelen

Wunderschönes Häuschen mit überdachter Terrasse auf dem Grundstück der Vermieter. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Sehr hochwertige Ausstattung, liebevolle und stilvolle Deko. Das Ehepaar Elvira und Stefano sind supernett. Wurden mit Früchten aus dem Garten verwöhnt. Zum Strand mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten. Einkaufs -Möglichkeiten und Bahnhof dito. Jederzeit wieder.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Elvira und Stefano waren wunderbare Gastgeber, die in der Nähe wohnen und schnell erreichbar waren. Sie gaben uns hilfreiche Tipps wie z.B. Wo der nächste Supermarkt ist oder ein gutes Restaurant. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Bahnanbindung nach Palermo in der Nähe. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen (ca. 15 Minuten). Elvira überraschte uns am letzten Abend mit Granita und von Stefano erhielten wir zum Abschied Früchte aus seinem tropischen Garten.Vielen Dank für das tolle Erlebnis!
