Magnificent house of 130 m2 with a large kitchen open to the living room. 2 bathrooms / WC and 5 bedrooms for 6 or more people (on request). Large outdoor terrace and beautiful garden where children can play. Parking space and garage available. Close to shops and nature. The swimming pool and ice rink is less than a kilometer away. The house is occupied by a family of 4 children.
