Superb 3 bed Apartment on the luxury La manga golf resort.

Situated in the popular Bellaluz community of the resort.Overlooking beautifully manicured gardens to the front and rear, in a quiet and peaceful location but just a stroll away from all amenities.Whats not to love about this stunning apartment and it perfect location!
The community boasts its own plaza with restaurants,shops and supermarket,as well as a gated pool with pool bar and children's pool that is heated out of season.
The apartment has a modern,bright and spacious interior,furnished to a high standard, and has the advantage of being a larger property on the Bellaluz community with three bedrooms and two full size bathrooms.
Bedroom one can either be a double or twin ,as required ,using quality zipped mattress.It has bedside tables,dressing table and wardrobe & air conditioning.
Bedroom two is a twin with ample wardrobe space ,bedside tables and lamp, with a Juliet balcony & air conditioning.
Bedroom three is a twin room with dressing table wardrobes and lamps.& a ceiling fan.
Both bathrooms are full size.one has a shower over bath with W/C and sink in vanity unit.The second has a shower cubicle ,with W/C and sink in vanity unit.
The spacious lounge is bright and comfortable with TV & internet There is a beautiful view of the Mar Menor from the balcony.
The kitchen is well equip including a washing machine and dishwasher,
The resort itself is ideal for the perfect holiday with plenty to do for all ages.
There are 3 championship golf courses, diving center,football,large public swimming pool,pitch and putt golf,cycle hire, fitness centre,tennis courts and a tennis academy.
There are plenty of quality restaurants and bars to suit all tastes.Whether you want a chilled out quiet evening with a delicious meal or want something a little more lively as in entertainment or dancing to early hours.The resort also is home to a five star hotel..

A lovely property for our summer holiday

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment for 2 weeks this summer. It was spacious and well equipped with everything myself and my family could need. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful apartment

We really enjoyed our stay over the Easter holidays. Apartment was very spacious and well equipped. Host was very helpful with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again in the future.

Great apartment and location

The property was in a fantastic location and very bright and spacious. Only minor issues were bins hadn’t been emptied when we arrived and the management company were rude when we had a shower issue, but we still loved the property and would definitely return.

Hi thank you for your positive review of the property. We look forward to welcoming you again. I do have to add in defence of my amazing management team. It’s a shame you experienced difficulties on a Sunday, the only day off the management company closes responding to emergencies only. I understand you flooded the bathroom and used all the towels provided to mop up the water instead of using the mop and bucket in the property. This does not warrant an emergency call out to provide you with new towels;especially when there is a washing machine and dryer you can use in the property. They did however provide you with all fresh towels at no extra charge to you first thing Monday morning.

Fairly good location swimming pool area not great setting but fine for the odd day the accommodation was very clean well equipped could do with a small welcome pack just basic stuff to tie you over. Overall good value for money and we would book it again but you need a car to get about really

Lovely stay in a lovely apartment

The apartment was very clean and well appointed and we were all very happy with our stay there. The pool was also very important as was the air conditioning due to the heat.. It was easy to book and the owner and management staff were all extremely helpful. Would highly recommend

Perfect family holiday in gorgeous location

Lovely, spacious apartment with a mix of Spanish and modern furniture, perfect location for a 1 minute walk to the pretty Bellaluz square The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and washing machine. The air con was a great plus and very much needed. Will definitely be back!

Short stay in La manga

A good location and close to the pool and restaurants. There's a small supermarket which is ok but pricey. A bigger one a mile away. The facilities in the apartment were good but the balcony furniture needs updating.

Absolutely brilliant. Lovely three bedroom apartment. It was great to have two bathrooms too. Very clean and a great location. Pool was fantastic for younger kids aswell as adults really clean and Nicki the host was really helpful. Although we didn’t cook in the property there was everything you needed. Home from home. Would definitely recommend 😀

We had a Nice stay although the apartment was not really clean and rather neglected. The drain of the shower did not flow, there had been a leak, visible in stains on the ceiling, the towels had been washed, but stains on them and still grubby.

Lovely apartment but the cleanliness of kitchen is a let down

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have stayed at La Manga Club on many occasions. We have two young children so the location is ideal. I am quite shocked with the cleanliness of the kitchen. On the first occasion of cooking I went to use the extractor fan and was horrified to find the panel above the cooker was left in a terrible state. To the point that I stopped cooking. I also found the microwave in a similar state. We notified the management company after the first couple of days due to a broken plug that we couldn’t get out the bath, the drainer for the dishes was rusty, the outside clothes horse was left broken and the mop and bucket were unusable. After mentioning to the management company about these items the woman was a bit abrupt with me although she soon replaced this items which were delivered by another woman who was very helpful and pleasant. I never went back to mention about the state of the kitchen after that. I do have photographs if this is at all useful.

This is why I always ask guests to bring any matters to our attention to enable us to resolve them while you are on your holiday. Im so glad that you did this on a number of minor issues ,which were resolved on the same day. I'm disappointed that you did not share the other kitchen issues as these could have also been quickly resolved during your stay. Hence to say these have all now been rectified immediately. For you to have an enjoyable holiday with family or friends is important to us as property owners and with a family ourselves. and we would much prefer to act immediately to any requests made. We are a family of five.who enjoy the sunshine and golf. We have spent several years looking for an apartment in the right place.We believe we have found it here at La Manga resort.

Why they chose this property

We bought the property in 2019 as we have spent many happy holidays at the resort.
We wanted somewhere to relax with our family but close to all amenities to suit us all .
The resort has all of this ,plenty to do ,but also offers a peaceful setting.The balcony also has a view of the coast. There are some beautiful beaches close by.

What makes this property unique

Everything you need is on site . Also some fabulous places close by to spend a day on the beach or visit some historic places.
