We just purchased this beautiful condo in May 2017. Did a complete remodel in the fall of 2017, looks amazing. Enjoy the wonderful sunsets from the extra large direct beachfront balcony.
Everything about our sophisticated and stylish two bedroom flat will delight you; from the breathtaking gulf views to the new fully equipped kitchen. You'll love the global vibe and creature comforts. Nothing compares to a quiet moment on the balcony with your morning coffee or your evening cocktail! Heaven!

Our place is a recently refreshed home featuring master suite with a king-size bed and second bedroom with two full-size beds. Spacious open-floor plan living space and large balcony complete this great home. Well-sized for groups up to six, but not-too-big for a couple or solo traveler. Perfectly suited for a family holiday, winter retreat or well-deserved splendid isolation.

For in-house entertainment, it’s equipped with HD TVs in both bedrooms and a 50” in the living room all with over 200 channels. A Sony Blu-Ray DVD player and high-speed Wi-Fi ensure you never run out of options. Let the modern kitchen, 28-bottle wine chiller and eight-person dining table unleash your inner gourmet.

We enjoyed our stay! We woke up a beautiful view of the gulf every morning. This condo is located on the second floor and directly faces the Gulf of Mexico. (Parking is ground floor, condo is two flights of stairs up if you walk, there is an elevator but it’s small). It has a nice kitchen and living room. There are two bedrooms, the master with a king bed and the other bedroom with two twin beds. There is a reserve parking place, it is located outside and not in the inside covered area.The walk to the beach is very easy, take the elevator or stairs down to the ground floor and walk out on the beach. The kitchen was well featured and even had coffee, filters, sugar, etc to use. There were beach towels available for use as well We did have a small issue with the icemaker, not working. The owner is aware. It was not a big deal to us as we just bought a bag of ice, but it would have been nice to know before we checked in). if it is a concern to you, you should ask before you reserve.

The condo was absolutely gorgeous! Lots of comfortable seating, a well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms. Very clean and well maintained. The only problem, and this is probably VRBO’s doing versus the owners is that, although advertised as St. Pete’s Beach, it is actually Indian Shores. 30 minute drive to the restaurants we go to. Not even St. Pete adjacent. Really need to have that changed.

We truly relaxed at this beachfront escape! The condo was exactly as pictured, clean, and cozy! The kitchen had all the essentials and we especially loved using the grill pan. We were able to use the chairs and beach toys in the unit. The unit is also packed with games and books! This is a perfect stay for families with little ones. Rodney was so helpful when we were checking in and the process was pretty simple. We spent most of the days at the beach but also enjoyed the pool. It felt like a home away from home for the last few days!

This spacious beautiful condo overwhelmingly met our needs. There was more than enough room for the six of us. The unit was extremely clean (btw-I am a “clean freak”, so this was very important to me). Any possible items we could need to cook meals was available from cooking utensils to pots and pans. (My husband stated this was the first condo we have stayed in that had a decent sized skillet to cook breakfast for 6.) The location was superb, as the beach was not crowded at all, and we did not have to run out and set up at sunrise to stake our ground (like we have always had to do on 30A). It was also a huge help that 6 brand-new quality beach chairs and a cooler were provided. The location was also located near a multitude of nice restaurants and grocery stores. Rodney was very helpful and immediately responded to any questions I had. If you are looking for a non-crowded beach getaway, this is the perfect place.

We spent 4 nights here with our 18 and 21 year old. There’s absolutely nothing we would have changed about the condo. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all the essentials. The beach closet was absolutely fabulous. There’s nothing we needed to purchase to spend our days on the beach. Communication with the owner was wonderful. We cannot wait to return!!! The sunsets were absolutely stunning and we even saw dolphins from the balcony! Thank you for sharing your gorgeous oasis.

We enjoyed our family vacation! Loved being on the beach! Beautifully decorated and even had our own parking spot. Make sure you bring quarters to wash and dry your clothes (3.00 per load). Communication was top notch and easy check in and check out process. Can’t wait to come back!

Property was as described, beautiful, perfect location right on the beach! We were able to swim near dolphins on the first evening, other people said they are out most mornings and evenings! Unit was well-stocked, other than kleenex and pump soaps. Parking was pretty tight, even for our small SUV.

You cannot beat this phenomenal location! Walk downstairs and you are on the beautiful sandy beach, with calm waters. Enjoyed the quiet area, but close to plenty of conveniences. I was not prepared for the coin-operated laundry (sharing here in case it helps someone else). The beds were so comfy. Appreciated the fully stocked beach closet and plenty of beach towels. Can't beat washing dishes with an ocean view. Friendly neighbors, too. We didn't want to leave!!
