The space
Recently renovated to a High Standard the apartment is Open Plan offering a kitchen and lounge area with TV, WIFI & Sofa Bed. Dining at the breakfast bar with fridge and cooking facilities. Walk in shower, with large sink and toilet. Central heating for colder days and shutters for privacy and blocking out light and also offering a shaded environment on warmer days.
Sofa bed can easily accommodate 1 adult for additional sleeping - apartment can accommodate 3 adults comfortably when using the sofa bed. Extra comfort mattress provided in bedroom storage for the sofa bed user.
Apartment is in a very central location and ideal for a city break for singles, couples, group of friends or working in London.
You definitely won't be disappointed with the array of choices for eating, sightseeing, shopping in this very famous and central location.
This is a 1 bedroom apartment and for short stays suitable for 3 people any longer and it may start to feel a bit over crowded.
Note: The apartment is not suitable for children under the age of 15
There are strict rules on Non Smokers/Non Vapers and no children under 15 anyone breaking these rules will be asked to leave without refund and further compensation may be requested from AirBnB.
Guest access
Keys are provided by KeyNest - you will be given a code to access the keys the day before your arrival. Details to access will be arranged directly with you on confirmation of booking and a day or so before you arrive.
Standard check time is between 2PM to 10PM. There is no late checkin available.as I do not live near the property. Please make sure you check first before assuming an early or late checkin time. Sometimes I can arrange an early Checkin but it is entirely dependent on whether there are departing guests/housekeeping to complete on the same day.
The property has its own entrance at street level and either lift or stairs (if you like to keep fit) to the apartment. The apartment is accessed and secured by its own front door which is away from street level.
Other things to note
I would like my guests to enjoy their time and be comfortable as a home for home. Guests are asked to remove shoes in the apartment and not to wheel or drag their cases around on the wooden floors. There is storage for shoes in at the bottom of the bedroom wardrobes.
Please give consideration to neighbouring apartments by keeping noise levels down.

2. Non Smoking/Vaping policy in the apartment and communal areas at any time.
Please do not break these rules as there will be financial consequences due to additional costs of damage caused and additional cleaning.
