This villa is set in a 5,000-sq-mt plot, on a hilltop near Arenas. The quiet surroundings and the spectacular views, together with the services and facilities provided, are synonyms of a 5-star stay.

The 170-sq-mt villa offers four comfortable bedrooms, each of which provided with two twin beds and an en-suite with a shower. The living space is incredibly spacious, which allows the whole family to rejoice in each other's company and make the most of their holidays together. The lounge area is equipped with a massive sofa and a fireplace; nearby, the dining table and a fully equipped kitchen provide all the comforts and facilities you can ask for.

The villa is equipped with warm/cool air-con and underfloor heating.

Outside, you will be able to rejoice in the splendid panorama, while refreshing the private pool or sunbathing on the sun loungers provided. You can also prepare some delicious BBQs and have your meals "al fresco". However you plan to spend your holidays, this villa offers you with everything you could need. An outdoor toilet is provided near the pool.

The access to the villa is possible via a 260-mt dirt track.

Das Haus war sehr abgelegen. Sie müssen über einen geeigneten Transport verfügen, um zum Berg zu gelangen. Es ist ein langer Weg von zu Hause in die Stadt. Keine oder kaum Geschäfte in der Umgebung. (Nur der Bäcker bringt morgens Brot) Supermärkte eine halbe Stunde entfernt. Ideal für Leute, die während ihres Aufenthalts in der Villa bleiben möchten und nicht zu oft nach draußen gehen möchten. Kein Zaun um die Villa, ein bisschen gefährlich für kleine Kinder. Die Villa hat eine schöne Aussicht und einen schönen Pool. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall genossen.

Das Haus ist so, wie es in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos erscheint. Der Weg zum Haus ist etwas kompliziert, wie es in den meisten ländlichen Unterkünften üblich ist. Perfekt ausgestattet für 8 Personen, mit Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr, Smart-TV ... Einige Dinge mussten repariert werden: eine Tür schloss nicht richtig, eine Außenglühbirne war durchgebrannt und es gab nur 6 Sonnenliegen. Dies sind kleinere Probleme, die uns nicht daran gehindert haben, ein paar Tage Ruhe in dieser großartigen Unterkunft zu genießen. Vielen Dank für Ihre Freundlichkeit und dass wir früher ein- und später wieder abreisen dürfen. Wir haben diese Tage sehr genossen.
