Villa Coral is a modern 2 bedroom Sicily villa. It is situated on the West coast of Sicily. It is ideal for two couples travelling together or perfect for a family. This 2 bedroom Sicily villa is set on a large plot with spacious gardens and private pool. The house is within walking distance of the seafront, a restaurant and bar. At the same time, it is entirely private thanks to its entirely fenced plot adorned with vines. It's a setting that is both peaceful and lively at the same time.

The Space:
Inside, this 2 bedroom Sicily villa is laid out over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen has sleek white units. A rectangular window above the sink allows whoever is chef for the day to watch those by the pool. A dining table seats four. There are also comfortable sofas on which to relax. Please note that one of these is a sofa bed allowing the property to sleep up to 6 in total. The overall feel is modern and welcoming. There is also a bathroom on this floor.

A flight of stairs leads to the first floor of this 2 bedroom Sicily villa. Here there are two double bedrooms and another bathroom.

Outside, the gardens are well tended and provide plenty of space in which to relax. Three covered terraces provide some welcome shade from the heat of the sun. A BBQ area is the perfect place to cook up an evening meal. The private salt water swimming pool measures 4.5 m x 9 m. We think it's the perfect size for a refreshing swim to cool off.

Please note: The beaches in this area are very family friendly and ideal for families with young children since the sea only gets deep very gradually. Please also note that energy consumption up to 250 KwH per week is included in the price. Any additional consumption is charged at a rate of 0.40 euros per KwH.
