Villa Charlotte is a modern four bedroom villa to rent in the popular resort of Dunas Douradas. Dunas Douradas lies in between the resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. Garrao beach with miles of golden sand and many popular beach restaurants including Maria's, Julia's and Izzy's is within easy walking distance of the villa. All the best golf courses the Algarve has to offer are a short drive away. Completed in 2019, this luxury villa has views from the first floor to the sea. This holiday rental benefits from a private swimming pool (heated against an extra charge), Sonos sound system, pool table, WiFi and air-conditioning. 


The villa is built over two levels. The entrance leads to the open plan living/dining area. The modern open plan kitchen is fully fitted with all modern conveniences including microwave, dishwasher, hob, oven and American style fridge freezer. The kitchen leads to the dining area which opens out to the pool and barbeque area. Steps lead to the living room with comfortable sofa, cable TV and doors leading to the barbeque area.


All four bedrooms are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has a super king-sized bed, cable TV, vanity desk, ample wardrobe space and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has a super king-sized bed, cable TV, en-suite bathroom and doors leading to the gardens. Bedroom three has a super king-sized bed, cable TV and vanity desk. Bedroom four has twin beds and cable TV. Bedrooms two and three share a family bathroom.


Stairs lead to the first floor of the villa with fabulous terrace with sea views, pool table and lounging furniture.


Outside the private swimming pool has a lockable cover and can be heated against an extra charge. The pool  is surrounded by sun loungers, parosols and Sonos outdoor sound system. There is a barbeque and dining set under a cover terrace for alfresco dining.


Rates include maid service, bedroom linen and bathroom towels. The pool can be heated for an extra charge. A Porsche 911 Targa S is available for hire.


The villa is located 20 minutes drive from Faro airport. Guests of this villa can also use the facilities within the Dunas Douradas resort including communal pool, snack bar, restaurants and tennis courts (hire charge payable locally). For even more restaurants the town of Almancil, resort of Vale do Lobo and resort of Quinta do Lago are a short drive away.
