Surrounded by pine forests, the ebf castelo is located away from the hustle and bustle of tourism, just 15 minutes by car from Faro Airport, close to Vale do Lobo.

Great villa for family groups

Americo and HansJoörg both were great in getting back to us. Villa was v clean. Lovely pool, view and outdoor area to relax in. Rooms are fairly basic but met all our needs. Lovely villa as a whole, perfect for our 3 families with 3 kids each aged 8-17. Great location. Volleyball pitches looked amazing, our kids played in them but not for volleyball!

Amazing house for beach-volleyball players

We (12 beach-volleyball fanatics plus one beach-volleyball fanatic 1 1/2 year old) had an amazing 7 days in the castelo. It was so simple to have a wonderful time in this house, as the whole location had everything we needed and more. We'll come back 100% next year! Special thanks to Americo for taking care and being responsive every time we needed him!

Toller Sporturlaub mit Miniabzügen

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Beachvolleyballvilla der ebf. Auch wenn zum Saisonstart das Wetter nich nicht so beständig war, lagen die Felder immer recht windgeschützt und ermöglichten nahezu bei jeder Wetterlage eine Einheit. Das Haus liegt günstig, um die Strandwanderwege in Richtung Faro zu erkunden und bietet auch für Workation gute Gegebenheiten. Leider war eines der Schlafzimmer durch einen stinkenden Abfluss für uns nicht zu nutzen. Außerdem hatten viele von uns kleine Bisse am Körper wie von Bettwanzen oder Ähnlichem - können aber auch besondere Mückenstiche gewesen sein. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub im Freundeskreis mit kleinen Abzügen.

Perfekter Beachvolleyball Urlaub

Die Villa ist perfekt für eine Kombination aus Urlaub und Beachvolleyball. Die Position der Beachfelder ist windgeschützt und durchdacht. Die Betreuung durch die Hausverwaltung ist schnell, kompetent und sehr freundlich. Besser geht es nicht.

alles bestens, alles wunderbar

Der Aufenthalt in Almancil war wirklich traumhaft. Wenngleich ein paar Tage zuvor noch Waldbrände in der Region und auch nahe dem Haus herrschten, boten das Haus, die Beachvolleyballplätze und der wirklich großartige Hausverwalter, Americo, alles, was wir uns für einen entspannten, sportlichen und wirklich schönen Urlaub wünschen konnten! Der entspannten und freundlichen Atmosphäre des Hauses und der Region kann man sich eigentlich nicht entziehen... man muss es genießen!

Super Beachvolleyballlocation, gerne wieder

Waren mit 15 Beachvolleyballern für 10 Tage in dieser tollen Villa. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, der Pool und Garten wird gut gepflegt, und die Beachfelder haben einen hohen Standard. Bälle und sonstiges Sportequipment wurde gestellt. Ein Waldbrand hat während des Aufenthalts leider die Gartenanlage vernichtet. Das Haus hat Gott sei Dank keinen Schaden abbekommen und steht sicher. Danke an das ebf Team, und den Hausverwalter (Américo mit Suosuo) die in der Situation schnell und gut reagiert haben.

Perfekte Beachvolleyballwoche

Wir waren mit 14 Erwachsenen zum Beachen für eine Woche dort. Die Villa ist perfekt ! Super Gelände, tolle Felder, Pool, Grill.... was will man mehr?! Auch vorab lief die Kommunikation etc. super ... Kann ich nur empfehlen! Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Danke für die schöne Woche!

Top Urlaub für größerer Freundeskreis mit Kindern & Sportgruppen

2 Eigene Beachcourts, einen Pool mit Sonnenliegen und ein Haus mit diversen Schlafräumen und einer Vielzahl an Bädern, was braucht man als Freundeskreis mit Beachvolleyballern mehr? Solide Location, Solider Zustand, super Fleißiger Ansprechpartner vor Ort und dank Algave fine food Catering haben wir viele Tage nicht mal selber gekocht sondern hatten einfach tolles Essen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 3 und 7 Minuten Autofahrtentfernung und bis zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Danke an ebf und Team für die Gastfreundschaft! Wir waren zum 2. mal da (andere Gruppenkonstellation) und kommen - wenn die Preise nicht weiter ausufern - auch gerne wieder.

The place is amazing. the house is very comfortable and big, with all the amenities. The swiming pool and barbacue are great. the volley courts are perfect, we really have spent an amazing week. The house is close to the beach but you have to take the car (5 minutes by car), the host is very kind, we will repeat for sure. Everything was as expecte. The volley courts even better than expected. Thank you!

Grossartige Unterkunft mit tollem Garten, grossem Pool, Beachvolleyball und Pingpong

Perfekt für eine grosse Gruppe, wir waren 19 StudentInnen und hatten genügend Betten und Platz im Haus. Meist waren wir aber draussen im schönen Aussenbereich auf der Terrasse oder um den Pool. Ein sehr schöner Weg führt vom Poolbereich zum Pingpong-Tisch und dann weiter zu den zwei gepflegten Beachvolleyball-Feldern. Von der obersten Terrasse kann man eine tolle Aussicht und wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge geniessen. Americo, der house keeper, war super freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Zum Strand dauert es zu Fuss etwa 20 Minuten und zum Einkaufen ist ein Auto auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Die Unterkunft ist für entspannte Bade- und Sportferien einfach perfekt.

Ideal zum Entspannen & gleichzeitig Sporteln zu mehreren...

Wir fanden das Castelo Sonho einen seeeehr entspannenden Ort, der mit viel Liebe zum Detail und großer Sorgfalt von Américo verwaltet und gepflegt wird. Leider waren wir diesmal nur zu zweit und somit in diesem großzügigen Haus fast ein bißchen "verloren". Aber geplant ist, mit Freunden wieder zu kommen und das Castelo dann mit Leben zu füllen, sowie die sportlichen Begebenheiten besser entsprechend nutzen zu können :-)
