Five Bedroom Villa - J164 - Almancil, Algarve

Villa Sunny Days is a four plus one bedroom villa located in the popular Pinheiros Altos resort in Quinta do Lago. This villa has four bedroom in the main house and one in the annexe. Pinheiros Altos has it's own golf course and club house. Quinta do Lago plaza with it's many restaurants, bars and boutiques is five minutes by car. The beach with miles of golden sand and Gigi's restaurant is a short drive away. This holiday villa benefits from WiFi internet, a private swimming pool, cable TV, air-conditioning and under-floor heating. 


The villa is built over two levels. The entrance leads to the spacious living room with comfortable sofas, cable TV (with a large range of English channels including Sky Sports) and patio doors leading to the pool terrace. Steps lead to a dining room that seats 10. The adjacent kitchen is fully fitted with all modern conveniences including microwave, dishwasher, hob, oven and American style fridge/freezer. A separate laundry room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.


There are two bedrooms on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has twin beds and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms three and fours are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three is the master bedroom with double bed, cable TV, dressing area, en-suite bathroom and doors to a terrace with views over the pool. Bedroom four has twin beds and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom five is in the annexe to the villa located beside the entrance. It has a double bed, cable TV and en-suite bathroom.


Outside the private swimming pool measures 10 x 5 metres. Beyond the pool the garden is laid mainly to lawn with mature plants and trees. There is a gas barbeque and dining set beneath a shaded terrace for alfresco dining.


Rates include maid service, bedroom linen and bathroom towels. Pool towels are provided for your convenience. 


Pinheiros Altos is located 25 minutes drive from Faro airport. It is located within Quinta do Lago which is one of the most luxurious resorts in the Algarve. The resorts of Dunas Douradas and Vale do Lobo are a short drive away.
