We are closely involved in ensuring our apartment meets our guests needs and are hands on owners. However, due to changes in Spanish tourist accommodation regulations we have an apppointed local professional manager. Our manager has been known to us for some years and is excellent. He will be available to your during the booking process and your stay. Nevertheless, as we always want our guests to have the best experience possible we are also happy to hear from you.
Elviria is the most sought after area of Marbella and due to the geographical location, position of the beach we have the advantage of more daytime hours of sunshine than other parts of the coast. Nestled in Unesco protected cork and pine forest we love the white sand beaches, warm sea and views of Africa. We enjoy the beach bars (churingitos), local family activities and the restaurants and cafes. There is an excellent selection of golf courses including the beautiful Santa Maria Golf. Our apartment is one of the best located in the community and the community is a peaceful residential area.
The apartment and dedicated parking space is for the guests' private and exclusive use. Our guests have access to four communal pools and gardens which are rarely busy.
An elevator is available from the car park level to the apartment level.
There is a lifeguard at the main pool during peak Summer months. Pool hours 11am to 9pm. The large main pool is normally only open during Summer Season - Mid June to Mid September - due to local regulations. However, the other smaller swimming pools remain open including one conveniently located close to our apartment. Guests are requested to respect the swimming pools, local regulations and the lifeguards instructions.

Car hire is very competitively priced. We recommend car hire to make the most of the location and explore Andalucia.
Airport taxi transfer services and local taxis are reasonable and plentiful.
There is an airport bus service between Malaga and Marbella Bus Station, you would then need to take a taxi from the bus station.

The shops and restaurants are six minutes drive from the apartment, and seven minutes to the beach. To walk it takes 25 to 30 minutes and is uphill on return. We recommend using a car for this property to explore the local area and Andalucia. A dedicated secure parking space is provided for your use. We have a dedicated parking space suitable for an average size car, however, Spanish parking spaces are on the small side. Some of our guests find it easy to park in our space and some not. If you prefer to park in the street there are no parking restrictions. So you have both a dedicated space and street parking options.
