The villa is built in 4 levels, offering spacious and comfortable lounge areas for relaxation both inside and outside. Big windows from wall to wall allow the light to get in, offering amazing sea view.
On the first floor, which is the main entrance, there are two spacious living rooms, the fully equipped kitchen, with all the amenities for a comfortable and easy stay, and a WC. The three airy bedrooms with high quality of mattresses are located on the ground floor. In the master bedroom there is an ensuite bathroom and a wardrobe. On the same floor is found a fully equipped bathroom with hydro massage shower column. All bedrooms have TV and air conditioning units.
One of the unique benefits of the property is the fully-equipped gym, located on the lower level, where you can exercise during your holidays. Last but not least, the experience comes complete once you get to the upper level. A small paradise is hidden there, leading to an incredible place of relaxation. The roof garden is decorated with outdoor furniture. Sunbeds, a hammock, sofas and a dining area are included. You can prepare a delicious BBQ meal at the well-organized area and enjoy it with your company. Plants and flowers surround the roof garden, making it the ideal place to relax and enjoy your vacation. Also, there is a private pool, where you can enjoy the hot sun during the day, or a glass of wine during the evening.
