Chambres d’Hotes, with 5 spacious rooms, 3 gites (one especially for dog owners) & table d’hotes.
This is about the gite in the tower, called LOMBARD. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, separate WC, 2 bedrooms (new boxspringbeds), one double - two single, private entrance & terrasse, access to garden and natural pool (no chemicals used, perfect water if you suffer from an allergy), living room with sofa and tv and views into the front garden........come and enjoy a peaceful and quiet holiday - no traffic jams, less people, lots to do, biggest oak tree forest in Europe only 3 min away, golf 20 min, more than 5 lakes within 20 min, history, Chateaux, & dont forget: good wine & food,

Dear friends of Chateau Igny, we renovated the Chateau over the past year and offer 3 comfortable gites for your enjoyable holiday. It is a very rural and calm area where we live, Europe's biggest oaktree forest is around the corner, the river Cher 2 min away. We just love the area, the nature, the air, the "photoshop-blue" sky, no traffic jams, no airplane noices, we share our home with 2 big horses, 2 dogs, 2 cats and 4 cheep
Why they chose this property
built in the 17th century, it is a lovely house in need of some personal touch/renovation which we did over the last year, it used to be Louis XIV hunting lodge, a lot of history, French Romeo and Juliet version in 18th century, natural pool, 14hec of land, very peaceful setting, all comfort, blue sky, stars at night, no polution, we saw the house and felt in love with it ;-)
