This very light and airy room has lounge seating for six, including a window seat and large Freesat-enabled TV, as well as a dining area that will comfortably seat six.
Off the hallway, there is a well-equipped kitchen that includes an electric hob/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge/freezer. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and sink unit leading to the back door and a WC.
The ground-floor bedroom is at the rear of the property with a double bed and a lovely en-suite bathroom which has a bath with an overhead power shower as well as a vanity unit.

Bigger cars can be fitted in with the wing mirrors folded in and careful parking (a Land Rover Freelander and a Mercedes Vito van have been known to fit).
