We love everything on this property, the only thing to complain was that smell a little bit like old wood but we think is normal for the edge of the property. But it was nothing to worry about

Everything was a CV positive experience that made our time more enjoyable.

The home was clean and well stocked for any occasion. The furnishings were comfortable and all the rooms rooms were cheerful and tastefully decorated. The home had lots of games, books towels dishes pots/pans, silverware that added to our comfort. The bottle of wine and delicious lemon snap cookies were waiting for us with a hand written greeting! We will be back and the owners/management made sure we had an exciting weekend. Superb hospitality.!!

The rental unit was not in good condition- external siding and stairways were in serious need of pressure washing to remove mold and algae. Landscape timbers around the driveway are rotted and sliding down slopes causing serious fall hazard. A water leak around the refrigerator had been going on for some time. Wood floor around the fridge was rotted so the leak had been going on for some time. This was reported immediately when we arrived. Maintenance man came to the unit on the first day but we never saw him again.The inside of the unit was clean. Kitchen had everything we needed and the proximity to the beach and resort was very convenient.

Cozy Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday! Wild Dunes is a lovely community and the property was very nice. Although we didn't partake in all of the offered amenities we did enjoy the 5 minute walk to the beach. As hoped, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The screened porch was roomy and a great additional living area. Although it's a relatively small space, our party of 8 did not feel overly crowded. The den furniture could stand a refresh and oven mits and dish towels would also be nice. Overall, a very comfortable home and a great stay!

Lovely few days in Wild Dunes.

Very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped home. Service from Wild Dunes was great. We rented bikes and could bike to the ocean, pools, tennis courts, and restaurants. Construction noise made it hard to sleep in during the week.

Fire Ant Nightmare

Checked in to a lovely house. Steep staircase to front door but the house is roomy.. Leave for dinner, stop to get groceries, and return to find fire ants everywhere. Killed 3 or 4 dozen within 30 minutes. Called resort services, sent a someone out with a can of Raid. Wasn't about to sleep with those running around. Got 10 painful bites on my ankles. Provided us another place, but far less than what we had. Paid way too much to sleep in twin beds! Nothing like having to sleep in twin beds when you are in your 60's. I would not recommend this home unless an exterminator has made a trip there. I that case its lovely.
