Beautiful villa in the countryside of Scicli. A well-kept lawn leads to the infinity pool of about 16 x 6 meters, right in front of the house.
The villa is entirely built with local stone and extends over two levels. The furnishings are exclusive, sober and extremely functional.
All 4 bedrooms have private bathrooms. The villa is new, completely renovated in 2015.
Scicli is less than 5 km away, and the beautiful beach of Sampieri is less than 4 km away.

Bedrooms (4) and bathrooms (5): one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower) on the ground floor; one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower) on the ground floor; one bathroom on the ground floor; one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower) on the first floor; one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower) on the first floor.

PLEASE NOTE THAT A CASH SUM OF € 250 FOR FINAL CLEANING IS REQUIRED ON ARRIVAL.

Electricity is included up to a consumption of kWh 250 per week. any excess will be charged € 0.50 per kWh.

The perfect stay

Beautiful villa, excellent location and an amazing host: this combination made our stay unforgettable. Angelo is the perfect host: very attentive, always available and super knowledgeable of the region, ready to offer advice on wine tastings, restaurants, beaches and cities to visit. The villa is beautiful, nicely decorated, with character, fully equipped and with a very nice garden around a great swimming pool. We enjoyed our BBQ dining outside and inside (air conditioning worked great). The location is great: a few minutes drive from the fantastic Sampieri beach (one of the best sandy beaches in Sicily, surrounded by a pine tree forest with shade, water and toilets) and well-placed to visit the Baroque cities - notably the amazing Scicli. Highly recommend for families as well group of friends.
