Great location

Over all we are satisfied. We missed a couple of lamps in the livingroom. The floor was dirty. The day before we left the owners suddenly knocked om the door wanting to measure the bed. Of course we let them in, but they could have waited for us to leave the next day.

Fantastische Aussicht und sehr gute Lage

Das Checki-In und die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und sympathisch. Das Highlight für uns war die fantastische Aussicht vom Balkon aus auf den Hafen und das Meer. Sonne hat es dort von 8-14 Uhr. Der Consum und der Masymas sind ca. 3-5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt und der Consum hat auch am Sonntag bis 14:30 Uhr offen - sehr praktisch. Was unbedingt auch im Inserat erwähnt werden sollte ist, dass es direkt unten in der Tiefgarage - mit Lift bis zur Wohnung - im Haus einen sehr grossen Privatparkplatz (Nr. 5) hat! Direkt um die Ecke kann man im Gartenrestaurant an der Meerstrasse Castel al Port von 11 Uhr an durchgehend bis abends warm und kalt essen. Sehr originell ist das Rest. Columbus mit guter Küche Richtung Altea am Meer. Über den Router kann man viele TV-Programme empfangen. Das Schlafzimmer zum Meer hat einen super Ausblick, man muss allerdings mit der Fenstertür aufpassen, welche klemmt. Auch würde ich Oropax empfehlen, da der Verkehr recht gut hörbar ist. Fazit: Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, auch der saubere Privatpool ist zu erwähnen und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und empfehlen dieses Appartment wärmstens :-). Helga und Yves

La recogida de llaves fue algo engorrosa

El apartamento es fantástico, la ubicación bastante buena, las vistas no pueden ser mejores, muy bien equipada y con un salón muy amplio. Pero para el coste del alquiler y de los gastos de la gestión de la agencia... el proceso de recepción es demasiado autodidacta. También indicar que el a/a refrescaba pero no enfriaba bien del todo.

Gracias por valorar nuestro apartamento, pero sorprendidos para la valoracion hacia nosotros, hemos acceptado su mascota cuando normalmente no se admiten, hemos acceptado que entren a las 15h cuando las entradas son a las 17h,. El precio del alquiler es de los mas equilibrado por un apartamento frente al mar con garaje, piscina y ascensor. En cuanto a los gastos de agencia , no entendemos de lo que habla, ya que si usted paga gastos es a la plataforma VRBO, en ningun caso a la agencia, mas bien es la agencia que los paga para estar publicada en la plataforma.

Altea port apartment

The apartment was everything we expected with lovely views across the port and marina. Had everything needed to make it functional with all appliances in kitchen extensive array of crockery and cutlery. The only downside was having to collect the keys from the agency which was 3km away therefore a taxi ride as we weren’t driving .
