Central structure, recently built, 300 meters from the beach and the marina, 4 km from the Maldives of Salento, 15 km from Santa Maria di Leuca and 30 km from Gallipoli. Ideal for couples or friends who seek together with the relaxation offered by our splendid marinas, which for years have received the international recognition "Blue Flag" and "Green Flag", the elegance and comfort of our property.
Our brand new studio apartment is comfortable, comfortable, consisting of a double bedroom, a small hallway and a bathroom with shower. A large veranda with outdoor shower surrounds it. It is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, coffee machine, minibar. Supplied with first linen, included in the price.

Vacanza fantastica
I proprietari dell'alloggio sono di una gentilezza indescrivibile, la loro ospitalità è stata molto calorosa e gradita. La pulizia del monolocale è impeccabile, la posizione è veramente strategica a pochissimi metri dalla spiaggia libera e difronte ad un piccolo negozio di alimentari ben fornito, anche se leggermente costoso. Nel complesso è stata una settimana fantastica, sia io che il mio ragazzo siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti e consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio.

Splendido. L'appartamento che speri di trovare quando prenoti una vacanza.
Il monolocale dove abbiamo alloggiato è stato ristrutturato da poco ed è arredato con gusto, si può descrivere con una sola parola: splendido. Pulizia impeccabile e posizione ottima per raggiungere comodamente tutte le località e le spiagge più belle del Salento.
Anna Rita e la sua famiglia ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa sin dal primo giorno della nostra vacanza mostrandoci sempre gentilezza e disponibilità. Consigliatissimo!!

Piccolo angolo di paradiso
Casa nuovissima, appena ristrutturata e perfetta in ogni dettaglio, i proprietari di una gentilezza infinita, disponibili ad essere contattati per ogni problema (non ce ne sono stati).
Da raccomandare assolutamente per trascorrere qualche giorno in completa serenità, in un angolo meno inflazionato da turisti ma ad un passo da luoghi più frequentati.
Approfitto per ringraziare ancora per le accortezze ed il benvenuto che ci è stato riservato.

La casa è la migliore che ho affittato finora.
E' un monolocale funzionale, molto pulito e appena ristrutturato, dotato di un grande terrazzo arredato con tavoli e sedie per poter mangiare fuori.
La casa viene curata annualmente, tenendo anche conto delle tematiche ambientali.
I proprietari tengono molto alla pulizia e all'ordine, anche per quanto riguarda il cambio della biancheria.
La proprietaria AnnaRita è una persona stupenda, molto disponibile e generosa, pronta ad ogni nostra necessità.
La proprietà è vicinissima al mare (pulito e molto bello) e c'è un piccolo supermercato sotto casa.
Consigliamo l'automobile per poter visitare i dintorni perchè Torre Pali è un luogo per famiglie, ma ci sono nelle vicinanze tante spiagge meravigliose!
