Rovinj is romantic, historic, and looks and feels more Italian than Croatian. With twisting city streets, a bustling, photogenic harbor, and some of the best seafood restaurants in Croatia, this is a town that is not to be missed.

New villa Rovinj center is situated in Rovinj, just a few minutes' by foot from restaurant, shop, bar...everything is near and yet you have your peace and privacy. Villa offers three cozy bedrooms each with en-suite shower bathroom, SAT TV, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with SAT-TV. The whole area is on the ground floor and connected with spacious outdoor space. Outdoor is dominated by the pool 12x5x1,5m,souranded by lounge area, sun loungers, and dining area as well as BBQ.

Everything is furnished in contemporary style with clean straight lines, modern furniture and exquisite details. You will love mix of grey and yellow in the living room and bright shiny white in the kitchen.

Die Villa ist sehr schön und stylisch. Vom Gesamtkonzept - Farbgebung, Einrichtung etc. waren wir wirklich begeistert. Es ist alle modern und sehr hochwertig! Das Eigentümer-Ehepaar hat uns herzlich empfangen und auch verabschiedet und sich sehr um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt bemüht. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist wirklich gut und umfassend. Die Technik funktioniert sehr gut. Wenn es überhaupt etwas auszusetzen gibt, dann nur ein kleiner Abstrich bei der Lage. Es führt eine gut befahrene Straße unmittelbar vorbei, von dessen Verkehrslärm man natürlich tagsüber am Pool etwas hört. Ansonsten ist die Villa etwa 1,7 Kilometer abseits vom Meer und der Altstadt entfernt. Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat und das ist vielleicht wichtig, wenn z.B. zwei befreundete Ehepaar zusammen verreisen ist die wirkliche Konzeption von "Schlafzimmer en suite". Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes direkt und nur vom Schlafzimmer aus erreichbares schönes Duschbad, so dass man wirklich eine super Intimsphäre auch Nachts hat. Gut wer länger bleiben will oder auch mit Kindern reist, ist die Waschmaschine und der sehr gut funktionierende elektrische Wäschetrockner. Es gibt einen eigenen Raum für die Geräte und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden von Wäschespinne bis Zwicker sowie Bügelbrett & Co. - auch Waschmittel stand bereit! Auch die zur Verfügung gestellten Handtücher für Dusche und Pool waren toll. Lediglich Strandtücher müsste man selbst mitbringen. Zusammenfassend hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt!

Entspannter Urlaub

Nur unweit vom Ortskern liegt dieses schöne Haus in dem sich Gross und Klein wohlfühlen kann Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.
