This semi-dettached three bedroom villa is located in the area that joins Cabo de Palos with Cala Flores, a quiet street, but minutes away from the Marina, Paseo de la Barra, the street market...



Completely exterior, large and bright bedrooms, all of them with ceiling fans, an aircon unit that cool or heat up the whole place in minutes, electric radiators and a bathroom with walk-in shower.



The kitchen is independent (gas), the living room is super spacious and has access onto a lovely terrace that overlooks the private pool.

The large terrace surrounds almost the whole house and has a toilet in the back and a BBQ, perfect for family or friend's meetings.



The house is unique and full of special decoration and art, without any doubt a perfect place that resumes the essence of the town that it is located in.



A flexible rate es available for a 10% supplement, free cancellation up to 5 days prior arrival, rate available from September to June, both included. Dogs allowed with prior notice (25€ fee for the whole stay).

Smoking inside of the apartment is not allowed. Otherwise, it will result in the loss of your deposit.

Arrivals between 9pm and 12am need to be confirmed before booking and a late check in fee of €30 will apply.

Casa perfecta para ir con la familia

En general todo, la piscina, la finca, los ventiladores del techo ayudan a conciliar el sueño. La nevera era un poco vieja y perdía algo de agua por la parte inferior. Había hormigas en una de las habitaciones de dos camas que entraban por el cajetín de persiana.

Me ha gustado la ubicación , es una zona tranquila y cerca de la playa y de algunas calas. La casa tiene una buena distribución y las habitaciones están bastantes bien. El servicio de la inmobiliaria ha sido muy bueno, eso da tranquilidad. El personal es amable. Mejorar la limpieza de la piscina. Podría una ducha exterior.
