Villa Cortina Vail Village, Walk To Lifts, Outdoor Heated Pool

Villa Cortina Condos are located right in the Village, across the street from the Sonnenalp Hotel. Located just a short 5 minute walk to Vail Village and Gondola One, and all of the Village’s amenities. There is an outdoor heated pool and hot tub; free WIFI; free uncovered parking for one vehicle. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $175 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.

This one bedroom two bath suite features living space with a queen murphy bed; one king bed; full kitchen with granite; in unit washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

Great proximity

This was a great location that’s an easy walk to everything in Vail village. Plus, the in town bus stops just across the corner, so it’s easy to take that to the Gondola One stop while wearing ski boots or to everything else Vail has to offer.

Great!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We felt like it was even nicer than the pictures. It is very close to Vail Village, which we enjoyed. As long as you have 2 people comfortable sleeping on the Murphy bed,, the condo is fine for 4 people since it has 2 full baths. The bedroom and bath are really nice, with a big walk-in closet and great shower! It is also nice that the condo is on the first floor and near a door.

Property was ok. Despite efforts of the real estate office the tv in the bedroom never worked.

The issue was with Comcast cable tv. The box was not working on that one tv. It was when you checked in. The tv in the living room worked your entire stay. We were not able to get Comcast to send us another box, until they had verified and confirmed all their test. Sorry that the second tv in the unit was not working.

Great Condo & Location

We rented this condo with very little research trying to escape an Oklahoma heatwave. We were pleasantly surprised at the convenient location in the heart of Vail Village. Parking was also extremely easy. The condo was clean and roomy. Our daughter joined us for part of the trip. The murphy bed was easy to use and comfortable and she still had her own bathroom. The master shower has a nice waterfall showerhead. We also appreciated the kitchen dishes and cooking items were nice quality. We rent plenty of condos and this is not always the case!

The apartment is well located and provides easy access to the village and mountain. The renting process with Vail Realty was easy and Lee had the unit ready for us when we arrived before the usual check-in time.

Highly recommend this property at Villa Cortina! It was the perfect spot for three people, the location is unbeatable, and it was a great rental as far as bang for your buck. Vail realty was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Already looking to book again for future trips!

Nice condo, walking distance to everything in town

This condo was fine for two people, and the location is great. Keep in mind it is next to the fire station, so could be noisy if there is a fire in the area. Everything was as pictured, and the condo was clean. It was disappointing that there was no soap other than for the dishes. I have never stayed in a hotel or condo that didn't provide at the very least some travel size hand soap and shower soap. The fees added on to the quoted rate totaled more than another night's rental, so that was annoying. The agents at Vail Realty were helpful, but the procedure for payment was cumbersome.

Great place to stay for small groups. Sleeps 3-4 comfortably. Nice kitchen and good tv’s. A short 5 minute minute walk to the gondola. Convenient parking. Close to several restaurants.

Well located condo with nice amenities. Was cramped for 3 of us, better for 2 people. Main bathroom suite and closet very spacious. Fireplace a nice addition.
