This cozy farm consists of 13 hectares of garden with 4 apartments and is located on a hill near the charming town of Fauglia. This is the ideal place for those who love peace and nature. The airport of Pisa is only 16 km, the sea about 20 minutes. The apartments are spacious and comfortable but simply furnished, surrounded by a large garden with olive and fruit trees, a fishing pond and picnic areas with bcc. All apartments have WIFI internet connection.

There are two swimming pools in the large garden.

Bicycles are available.

Restaurants and supermarkets are at 2 km. The bus stop is at 800 meters. You can reach Pisa or Livorno in half an hour by bus.

When you arrive in Pisa by plane, take the train from the airport to Pisa central from where you can take the bus to Collesalvetti, a short distance from Casa Giovanni.

In the vicinity there are tennis courts, riding stables, golf, spas, lakes for fishing, and numerous other recreational options. In the restaurants and bars you can enjoy the typical dishes of Tuscan cuisine served with the extra-matured olive oil and wine from Tuscany.

The beaches of Tirrenia are a short distance away, as are the white sandy beaches and the impressive cliffs of Castiglioncello.

A rich diversity of art and history can also be found in eg. San Gimignano, Volterra, Certaldo, Pisa and Florance. Agriturismo Le Pantane is a perfect base for excursions in the Tuscan province.

"Villa Piano Terra"

This spacious apartment is located on the ground floor. It has a large living room with fireplace, dining area, sitting area and TV. The kitchen also has a seating area where you can have a nice breakfast.

There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The bedrooms are well equipped with linen / wardrobes. There are two bathrooms: One bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. The second bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet and sink with mirror.

The front terrace offers a view of the garden and swimming pool. The second terrace is located at the rear of the Villa and also has table and chairs.

You also have access to the large garden with bbc, picnic area, garden furniture, covered terrace and volleyball and two swimming pools.
