All rooms and are presented to the highest standard with a touch of luxury and are designed to be a home away from home.
All rooms are serviced daily.
We have 5 luxury studio apartments and 10 double rooms all tastefully decorated . All of our beds are 2000 pocket sprung and dressed with Egyptian cotton, ensuring you the best nights sleep. We also have communal lounge , dining room and full kitchen . We are only 600 metres from the A66 junction for Ingleby Barwick and within 1.2 mile of the high street, bars , clubs , casino , Mecca bingo , award winning “Vadah” Indian restaurant , river cruise , fishing , golf , theatre , Ropner Park , 2 miles from Teesside retail park , which includes Showcase cinema, bowling , Nando’s , Costa coffee , JD SPORTS ,The Famous Olympic Tees Barrage white water rafting complex and the new Air Trail and rock climbing facility. We provide a first class service whilst being as discreet as possible to ensure our guests enjoy as much privacy as there stay requires . We can arrange almost anything given prior notice .
