Sunset Villa Iza with amazing view

This property is located at a quiet residential area at the west side of Mykonos and provides ideal accommodation for large groups that need lots of outdoor area, plenty of indoor living room and amazing sunset views from every corner and all year round. It consists of two separate houses, large pool filled with seawater, two patios, BBQ and spacious terraced shaded area.

Villa Iza consists of two houses covering an indoor surface of 320 sq.m. in total; main house with 3 bedrooms (2 king size beds & 2 single beds) and three sofa beds (one single & two double ones) so it sleeps 9 to 11 people in total, while the guest suite sleeps comfortably three people (one king size bed & single sofa bed). It's an ideal option for large families or two families sharing it, as well as for large groups that want to be altogether.

The pool is pretty large (70 sq.m.) and quite deep at one end (3.5m.), while it's filled with seawater for environmental reasons as in the island the fresh water is very limited and was only couple of years ago that we had drought in Mykonos. What adds to its uniqueness is that you may watch from most spots of the property the sun diving into sea right next to Delos island. Days with good visibility you may watch much of the Cyclades, Tinos, Delos, Rhenia, Syros only to name few of them.

The outdoor area is quite spacious with 6 sunbeds and 4 seize-longs, a cemented table that sits up to 12 people, second dining table next to main house along with bamboo set of of armchairs. On the upper level three cars fit in the indoor parking, main entrance has also terraced area in front of it. So in case someone is interested to throw an event, pretty a lot of people may fit in the whole property.

We always welcome our guests in person. We may even arrange a meeting at port or airport, your pick-up or car rentals and drive together to the villa's location. A bottle of fine domestic wine or champagne is for welcome, along with fresh seasonal fruits as our compliments!

We have a thorough check-in showing you around the property, all appliances how they work and explaining the main property's house rules. We are at your disposal for further inquiries or tips that you may need.

Maid service is regularly scheduled and may be applied at a daily basis upon your request. For every booking of at least 4 days, a change of bed-linen and towels is also provided to our dear guests!

We do not bother our guests during their stay, unless if there is a serious reason for it or if you ask one of our team members to visit you.

Check-out is arranged with our guests and there is a short inspection of the villa prior to their departure.

We also provide special rates on car or boat rentals, custom sailing trips or officially guided tour to Delos island or walking tour in Mykonos town, scuba diving or speed boat trip around the island. Concierge and other optional services (extra cleaning, housekeeper, baby-sitting, masseur, chauffeur, private chef etc.) may also be provided upon request at an extra fee and we'll do our best to cover all your inquiries.
