Once you’ve decided to reserve your holiday, we’ll happily hold your dates while you arrange your deposit.
• Deposit: £500 per week (bank transfer)
• Card payments accepted (excluding American Express) with a 1.5% processing fee
• Balance payable 8 weeks before arrival
• Refundable security retainer required (full terms supplied before booking)

• Peak periods, including school holidays, Christmas and New Year, are charged at full occupancy rates.
• Villa Victoria is exclusively for families. We do not accept hen parties, stag parties or single groups.
• The sofa bed is suitable for one teenager or two small children.
• If your preferred dates are unavailable, additional accommodation may be available nearby at the Santa Rosa Apartments, approximately 100 metres away.
