Very nice little newly restored fish house in the old part of Marstal, close to the harbor. 94m² on two floors. The first floor contains 2 bedrooms (with double beds) - one with a morning terrace (east facing) overlooking the harbor. The ground floor contains small entrance hall, kitchen w / dining area, underfloor heating, fridge / freezer / dishwasher, bathroom w / shower, underfloor heating, washer / dryer, cozy corner living room w / wood stove and exit to the garden facing south and west. There is garden furniture and barbecue. There is a private car park at the house.

Fra morgendukkert til sommeraften - med havn, strand og hyggeligt byliv
Smukt anlagt og idyllisk gårdhave, skøn morgenudsigt til havnen, udstyr helt i orden, luksus-senge i de to soveværelser på første sal. Vi havde cykler med - det var nyttigt. Et par af familiens medlemmer er stjerner til madlavning og var superglade for at bruge ferieboligens køkken. Beliggenheden må være bedste i Marstal. Helt fredeligt og samtidig tæt på alt.

Hanne + familie har lejet Den Gule Perle i en uge og vi har været meget tilfredse med forløbet. Fin kommunikation og uden problemer. De er velkomne an anden gang!
Hübsches, altes Häuschen mit niedrigen Decken, kleinem Gärtchen, geräumiger Küche und bequemen Betten. Leider gibt es viele kleine Stufen innen wie außen, also Stolpergefahr. Vorteil: auf der Insel fährt ein Bus in alle Orte und zwar kostenlos!

Hyggeligt ægtepar, som kom fra Tyskland på cykel via Søby, som var søde og rare og efterlod huset i fineste stand - tak for det.
