The apartment consists of an entrance into the spacious living room with sitting area and kitchen, double sofa bed and dining table, double bedroom with balcony, bathroom with shower, covered veranda with sofa, table and laundry space. The apartment has air conditioning in the lounge and bedroom; the kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and kettle. Free parking spaces are available beside the street in front of the building. The apartment is ideal as a starting point for visiting the beautiful beaches in the area and as accommodation for business stays.
DESTINATION INFORMATION AND DISTANCES
With a very short walk you can visit the Pisan Romanesque Basilica of San Simplicio, the most important and ancient religious monument of north-eastern Sardinia. The vibrant historic center of Olbia is very popular for the numerous small places where you can taste the typical fish cuisine and much more. A few steps away is the Latte e Miele pastry shop, don't miss the delicious breakfasts with a view of the Basilica! Going along Corso Umberto I for its entire length you reach the old port which hosts the city museum illustrating the entire history of the ancient city and the territory of Olbia with particular reference to its Phoenician, Greek, Punic and Roman origins. An element of particular interest are the Roman and medieval wrecks found in the excavation of the ancient port, corresponding to the promenade of the current city center. From the museum terraces you can enjoy a view that embraces today's port in the foreground and the entire 360 ° Gulf in the background.
