This apartment is located between the old town of Estepona and the Marina. The urbanisation Parque Central is located in one of the main streets of town, just an eight minute walk from the sea side promenade and the main beach in Estepona, Playa de la Rada.
The old town, within an easy 10 minute walk, offers plenty of traditional Spanish bars, restaurants and terraces. Its narrow streets filled with colorful flower pots well worth a walk.
The Marina is 15 minutes walking from the property with abundance of of bars, pubs and restaurants.
There are plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby, the closest one is Carrefour Express and it is just on the other side of the avenue.
Estepona is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast and yet still maintains its original Spanish feel.
The town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner.
