This fully refurbished apartment is ideally situated between the heart of estepona and it's beautiful port. It comprises of 3 spacious bedrooms, modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a large lounge/diner. The apartment has a large balcony to the front and side which allows for stunning sea views of the med, vision of gibraltar / morocco and the recently landscaped promenade. The beach is minutes walk away which permits you to take the chairs provided to relax in and save on hire charges. Estepona has retained its customs and traditions whilst combining them with modern and tourist aspects. The square is a 5 minute walk with banks, shops, variety of restaurants and picturesque residences. The marina is less than 10 minutes walk and has a vast range of restaurants where you can sit and watch the boats or charter one yourself and get to see the dolphins. Great stay perfect location.

The property was just as advertised, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The master bed was very comfortable , and the main bathroom was spacious.

It is just so relaxing to sit on the balcony and watch everyone go by. Of course the sea view is an added bonus. Estepona is such a lovely quaint town to visit and it helps that the apartment is situated in between the town and the marina, both within walking distance. Very nice apartment with gorgeous view

We really enjoyed staying at this apartment. Very convenient location, almost on a beach, nice restaurants near by, supermarkets within a walking distance.

Wonderful Place On the Ocean

The apartment was very clean and nice. The location was amazing. Right on the beach. A short walk to old town. Amazing restaurants in the square behind the condo. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic spacious apartment

We had a fantastic stay in Estepona, the apartment was deceptively spacious and we enjoyed breakfast on the balcony each morning. It is central to all the restaurants and shops, and has good facilities, such as washing machine and dishwasher. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Ideal location

Right in the heart of Estapona’s shops restaurants and bars. Choice of a mass of well priced supermarkets close by. The apartment has everything to offer . Lovely balcony with best sea view to watch the sunrise. The host and manager of the property were faultless in any enquiry I made. A small comment I would make is it is probably due a little facelift.

Wonderful view of the beach from the very wide balcony. Boardwalk is at the front door of the apartment. Beach is a few steps away. Perfect place for a relaxing vacation. We enjoyed our week very much. Thank you Lydia and Neelum.

The work in the apartment block has been completed and the reconstruction of the road to a pedestrianised area is near completion. This has eliminated the traffic noise at night and provides an easier access to the beach with trees and beautiful flowers planted along the pathway. Great property with amazing view

Ideally located with beautiful view of the sea. Pictures are accurate. Lovely “extras” such as puzzles and games for kids (and adults) and a wide selection of English DVDs. 5 minute walk to historic “old town” with many restaurants and quaint winding streets with flowerpots. Estepona is a charming city and Neelum is a wonderful host. Very kind and responsive. Nice apartment, lots of room, great showers, safe and secure building. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful location and everything you need.

The apartment was very well equipped and provided 3 ladies of a certain age with everything we needed. It is well located for walking to the port and the old town but is also handy for local buses to places such as Ronda, Casares and Gibralter. The views from the balcony are wonderful. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable and modern. We would recommend it to anyone. Also the service by the local manager was excellent and very informative. We would have no hesitation in returning.

Thank you for your positive review of my apartment. It is nice to get your views on travel without hiring a car. The bus service is also good value for money. There has been some talk on extending the rail service from Fuengarola to Esptepona which would mean that you could hop on a train at Malaga airport direct to Estepona. At the moment no decision has been made. Lydia not only looks after the apartment to a high spec but is always willing to help in any way she can. Should you wish to revisit, I would welcome you back.

Great central location !

Really good apartment location in central Estepona. Three good size bedrooms and master opens onto the balcony as does the lounge. Fantastic frontline view over Avenida to beach. Port was ten minutes walk and old town five to ten minutes also . Property was fully equipped with everything. Fourth floor apartment but there are two lifts. Would highly recommend

Falling Asleep and waking to the sound of the sea

This was our second stay at Neelum's wonderful apartment and when we walked through the lounge to the huge balcony I felt as though I'd come home. The location is ideal for my elderly Mum as everything is so convenient from the local shops to the beach, churros a minutes walk away and wonderful restaurants. Lydia is very welcoming and helpful though as we have been coming to Estepona for years we do know it very well and Neelum's apartment is a gem and the best one we have stayed in. We will be back!!

perfect location

This was our 2nd stay at this property. Perfect location to the beach and restaurants. Although the price was good there were a couple of negatives - the small 2nd bath is the size of a small closet and had very poor lighting. Neelum warned us of that but not until we were scheduled to check in. Not a deal breaker. The bedding was a turn off - there were no top sheets, just a very worn bed spread in the double bedroom. I don't remember that from our 1st stay.

Amazing!!!!!

Neelum's apartment in Estepona is in a perfect location. Down the lift, cross the road and your on the beech, and a few minutes walk from the old town where there are lovely restaurants. Neelum is super fast at responding to messages which was great. Lydia is the point of contact in Estepona who meets you at arrival. Lydia was so helpful and even lent us her own baby bouncer as we were staying with our 11month old daughter. Lydia advised us where to get fresh cooked bread and even organised our return taxi back to Malaga. We were unable to fault the service/ apartment and would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Estepona.

Almost perfect...

First about the apartment, it was as advertised a 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom. The balcony was the 2nd best part, amazing view and room for 5 adults. Kitchen has all the necessary appliances and tools. The only nitpicky thing was the 2nd bathroom, the shower was very tight by "American" standards, again I'm just being nitpicky. The best part was the support received by the owner Neelum, and the property manager, Lydia. We rented a car and got impossibly lost due to construction in the area. Lydia met us and guided us to the apartment. You're a 10 minute walk from Old Town and all the restaurants. If we vacation in Estepona again, we will surely rebook. Regards, Tony & Judy

Wonderful apartment in a top notch location

A lovely welcome from Lydia who showed us the lovely apartment in the perfect location. It had everything you need, with generous bedrooms, comfortable beds and an enormous balcony! My extended family were also on holiday in a different apartment, but the balcony was more than big enough to comfortably accommodate 9 of us for a family birthday lunch - and as the apartment was well equipped, there was plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware to go around too. The bathroom was generously sized although the bath/shower could do with unblocking as after we all showered we found ourselves ankle deep in the tub. The second bathroom is, as mentioned in other reviews, absolutely tiny and poorly lit - however the shower in there is very good (if you can get past the claustrophobia!). The bathrooms weren't a huge problem and the rest of the apartment and it's top class location were more than enough to overlook this completely. Highly recommended place to stay. Thank you for a fabulous family holiday!

Great location, but not great for a long stay.

The location of this place was great for the 3 months we used it for. The view was also beautiful. However, that’s where it ends. The property owner charged us an extra 200 after we left. She had no problem calling us during our stay, but didn’t inform us of this until I contacted her to complain about the extra charge. The bathroom ceiling was crumbling down in the main bath because of a leak upstairs. We had to let people come in multiple times to look at it. The upstairs unit was then working on this leak and it was very noisy. We were asked by the owner if we could let a painter in to come repaint it (we said no). The outside of the building was undergoing cleaning and painting while we were there, which was an inconvenience with sound and smell. She did kindly warn us about this & gave us 2 nights free because of it. However, she asked for the cash to be left for the 2 nights later on when her unit wasn’t painted even though we still had to endure the sound and smell. Lydia, the property manager was nice though. She was very kind the few times we saw her and even gave us a few recommendations. We did stay for 3 months, so if you are just staying a week or two, this unit would be perfectly fine. For the price charged, the place definitely needs to be updated. The bedding & towels were raggedy and the kitchen didn’t have enough supplies to sustain our longer stay. We did buy some nice knives and a pan and left them there for the next guests.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations. I would like to address a few of your comments for clarification. Initially, we discussed the necessary maintenance of the building, which included painting the balconies. This work would have rendered the balconies unusable during your stay. To mitigate any inconvenience, I offered to compensate you €250 should this maintenance coincide with your visit. Since this work did not take place, there was no need for a refund. Regarding the deposit, I retained it based on a report from Lydia, who, as you noted, is a reliable and efficient resource. After your departure, she informed me that much of the furniture had been rearranged and not returned to its original position. This required her to hire assistance for rearranging the furniture and performing additional cleaning beyond what is typically expected. She provided photographic evidence to support this claim. I appreciate your feedback and acknowledge that there may have been alternative ways to manage these situations. I will certainly take this experience into account as I strive to improve services in the future.

Lovely apartment & perfect location!

We could say a great deal about how much we enjoyed our stay the apartment in Estepona. However, I think the best recommendation from us is the fact that we are booking the property again for next year! But, as this is a review of our stay, we should try and tell you a little of what made our holiday to worthwhile and memorable. Well, this starts with the apartment being situated directly across the road from the beach front. If you enjoy the sand and sea then I would certainly recommend staying here. The views from the 4th floor terrace of the apartment are superb, and just relaxing there in the evening before going out to explore and eat was a joy. You just have the sand and the sea in front of you. It is situated on the sea front in Estepona near all the amenities you need for a good holiday eg: shops, restaurants, banks, bars, the marina, the old town etc. These are all within a short walk of at most ten minutes or so, depending how much of the town you wish to explore. This was a big plus point for us as it meant that everyone could make their own decisions as to what they actually preferred to do on any given day. Previously, we have rented a property outside the town but this meant that one of us had to be the ‘taxi driver’. This is not the case if you stay here as no car is required (there are buses from and to the Malaga airport). Estepona itself is a lovely town and, as not yet, overly commercialised. There is plenty to do and see for all ages and I would recommend it to families. The apartment is very well equipped and spacious enough to cater for all the needs of, in our case, 6 family members and one baby. Everyone was happy throughout our stay. We must say that given our experience we have no had hesitation at all in booking again. Sean, Avril & family

Thank you the kind and detailed review of your stay in my apartment. The location of the apartment with the views of the promenade and the sea was the selling point for me. As the apartment is spacious, it can accommodate 6 people without feeling cramped. As you say, it is so relaxing to sit on the balcony with such a view in front of you. I find it is a great way to wake in the mornings, have a leisurely breakfast as the sun is just rising and enjoy watching the people walking, running or cycling along the promenade. It prepares you for the day to explore Estepona or the surrounding towns. The busses are an economical and convenient service to use with a bus stop just opposite the apartment block. There is also a good Market on Sunday's at the Marina and a larger Market not far from the apartment on Wednesdays. There are a variety of restaurants to cater for every taste near the apartment which I am glad solved the problem of one of you having to drive. Thank you for your booking next year when I am sure you will discover areas you had not explored in Estepona on this visit.

Super Lage - leider ziemlich abgewohnt

Tolle Lage direkt an der neuen Promenade und am Strand. Leider keine zwei Bäder wie im Angebot angegeben, nur ein Gäste WC mit Dusche. Leider keine zufriedenstellende Reinigung nach dem Auszug der Vormieter, musste nachgereinigt werden. Insgesamt ziemlich abgewohnt. Hier sollte deutlich nachgebessert werden oder eine ehrliche Angabe im Angebot erfolgen

The main attraction of this property for me was the fantastic balcony view of the sea and promenade which still amazes me. Of course, my property is also ideally located in the lovely quaint town of Estepona. I am still finding new areas to visit each time I am there
