It can accommodate up to 9 guests, making it a great choice for those who want to spend their holidays just steps from the beach. The apartments offer all the amenities you need, including a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, private parking, outdoor space, and air conditioning, along with brand new and efficient services.

PERLA APARTMENT

The "Perla" apartment is located in the basement and features a modern living room with a semi-open, fully equipped kitchen (complete with a dishwasher, oven, fridge, crockery, and cookware), 2 comfortable bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and the other with 3 single beds), and a nice bathroom with a shower cubicle.

Outside, there is a spacious area with a veranda, garden furniture, and an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

The only shared space and service with the "Avio" apartment on the ground floor is the laundry room, which includes a washing machine.

The building was carefully constructed with high-quality materials to ensure greater comfort and efficient services.

There is also private parking next to the property, which is very convenient in such a busy area.

The entire property is private and independent. Only the laundry room and the large outdoor parking area are shared with the neighboring accommodation.

Air conditioning, complete linen (bed and bath), washing machine, dishwasher, mosquito nets, outdoor shower, hairdryer, private parking, Wi-Fi internet. For your security, a centralized video surveillance system has been installed.

THE LOCATION

As mentioned, the 'Perle del Mare' accommodation is located in a strategic position, allowing you to easily walk to the beach, nearby shops, equipped beaches, restaurants, and other attractions.

About 1 km away is the amusement park, located at the end of Lungomare di Torre Vado, where you can enjoy pleasant evenings.

Also about 1 km away are the famous golden beaches of the 'Salento Maldives.'

For hiking and nature lovers, we recommend two culturally significant trails: the 'Sentiero dei Fani,' a charming naturalistic route through lush vegetation in the Maldive Zone of Salento; and, a little further along, at Torre Pali, the 'Isola della Fanciulla' trail, a scenic path running parallel to the eponymous beach.

Finally, 6 km away is the town of Salve, where you'll find additional services, shops, and much more.
