Situated about one hour south of Oslo, overviewing the wonderful Oslofjord, in a calm little cozy "village". Large private plot of 4600 sqm.
On this side of the Oslofjord, you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets, and you have the sun all day long.
High attention to details and top of the line quality of the house.
Villa build in 2018, with details from the original house from year 1650, such as wooden beams and walls. Spacious house of about 175 sqm.
Five bedrooms, of which 4 has queen size beds.
Modern facilities, such as washing machine / tumble dryer, dishwashing machine, induction heated plates, oven, balanced ventilation, hot water heated floors, solid wood flooring, extra refrigerators, freezers etc.

Marvelous and huge wood fired - fireplace. Comfortable sofa and chairs. Large dining table, with lots of extra chairs in the garage. Easily seats 10+ people.
Great outside spaces with terraces in three directions, lounge area and furniture, and lawns to play and enjoy on.
Toys etc. to be found in the spacious garage. Barbecue, both gas and coal.
Sandy beach just in front of the villa, and an own pier, where you can place your own boat (up to 22 feet), take a swim or simply enjoy a glass of wine in the sun.
There are great opportunities for hiking and cycling directly from the house.
Norway's second best rated golf course (Evje Golf) is situated just a few hundred meters away.
The sea is full of life, and you can eg find oysters or catch small crabs from the pier.
10 km driving away there is a beautiful New England style spa hotel: Stotvik hotel, with good restaurants and indoor / outdoor pools.
Restaurants, grocery stores and shopping malls are 5 to 8 km away.
