The lower level is occupied by the kitchen, the dining area, and the living room, while on the upper floor there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with jacuzzi facilities. A second bathroom is also on the upper floor and has a shower column cabin.

The mesmerising views of the sea are is unlimited from the upper floor balcony as well as from the private pool of 38 sq. meters. Sunbeds are available within the pool area, along with a garden dining set beneath the shade of the canopy. The villa can be reached by a private road, without passing through other villas or houses.
