The house includes 3 bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen with a dining area. It has 2 bathrooms with shower. The villa has a large veranda with table and chairs for 9 people. The property measures 2500 m² and has several seats. For children there is a trampoline and a swing on site. There is a large community pool 5 minutes from the house. The opening hours of the swimming pool are: from mid-June to mid-September.
