Two bedroom cosy first floor private apartment which was the managers accommodation of a former hotel. It has its own entrance in a quiet rear courtyard just yards away from the award winning and breath taking Morecambe seafront with views of Lakeland Fells.
Our apartment includes a comfortable lounge with smart TV, free WiFi,, modern fitted kitchen with all amenities for cooking, baking, washing and plenty of free tea/coffee. A spacious bathroom with bath and shower has plenty of towels and extras. The main bedroom has a comfortable double bed and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has a comfortable single bed, hanging facilities and a small work space. It also has plenty of local information and a great selection of take away and delivery menus for eating in.
Free and safe on street safe parking. Bus stop to Lancaster or The Lakes nearby. Spar convenience shop 300 yds.Ten minutes from bars, shops and railway station. 60 minutes drive from Blackpool, Yorkshire Dales or The Lakes.
Owned, serviced and operated by a local family, the apartment has been described as warm, cosy, comfortable, sparkling clean and excellent value.
The property is accessed via 12 steps up to a private mezzanine.
