In Mallorca Holiday Properties, in accordance with the exceptional situation that we suffer, we have modified our cancellation policy to try to reduce the impact on our travelers and IN THE EVENT THAT THE GOVERNMENT OF THE BALEARIC ISLANDS IS DECREEING THE CLOSURE OF THE PORTS AND / OR AIRPORTS OF THE BALEARIC ISLANDS.
We suggest YOU CAN CHOOSE ONE OF THE TWO OPTIONS below:

1.-GET a Voucher to be used during the 365 days after your arrival date.

2. CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION IN WHICH CASE WE WILL COMPLETELY RETURN THE AMOUNT THAT YOU HAVE PAID TO MALLORCA HOLIDAY PROPERTIES.

In Mallorca Holiday Properties, in accordance with the exceptional situation that we suffer, we have modified our cancellation policy to try to reduce the impact on our travelers and IN THE EVENT THAT THE AIRPORTS AND / OR PORTS OF YOUR COUNTRY ARE CLOSED, PREVENTING YOU FROM ARRIVING AT THE BALEARIC ISLANDS, WE OFFER YOU A EXCHANGEABLE VOUCHER to be used during the 365 days after your arrival date.

Villa Alcanada Garden is a beautiful semi-detached house with sea views for 8 people, located in Alcanada, one of the most beautiful areas of Alcudia. The villa has a marked decoration of marine details, highlighting the incredible anchor present in the garden, it also highlights the proximity of the beach and the golf course. The location of the villa allows guests to enjoy the area near the sea without sacrificing comfort. Villa Alcanada Garden has a 4.2m x 2.20m private pool, barbecue and a beautiful terrace with several seating areas. Imagine starting the day with a swim in the pool and breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea. This villa is the ideal option for families or groups of friends who wish to enjoy a relaxing vacation near the sea with total privacy and tranquility.

Distribution:
The house has 175m2 that are distributed over two floors. On the ground floor we find a large open space that houses the hall, the kitchen, a toilet and a large living room with large windows from which you can access the terrace, garden and pool. The villa has all the amenities for the enjoyment of your vacation, Smart TV, internet connection, comfortable sun loungers and barbecue.
On the upper floor we find the bedrooms, three of them with two single beds each and the other with a double bed. All of them have air conditioning. There are also on this same floor two complete bathrooms, both with shower.

Parking, Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet, Satellite TV, Barbecue, Heating, High Chair, Dishwasher, Fridge / Freezer, Iron, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Washing Machine, Hair Dryer. Fully equipped with sheets and towels
The cost of electricity is not included in the price, the cost is € 0.25 / Kw.
Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. When a late check-out is possible, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 1:00 p.m. and € 90 until 4:00 p.m.
