All Bed Linen, Bath Towels and Pool Towels are provided per Bed / Person per booking as is necessary. Additional supply of each is available on advance request for an additional fee. *The double bed has 2 single duvets. All bed Linen & duvet covers are good quality 100% Egyptian cotton.
Situated on the "New Golden Mile - “Television Chanel’s” in Spanish are available, plus a selection of most European Languages for a *Nominal Extra *Once only *Connection *Fee of 20€ (payable in advance). - WiFi is Free & Included. There is Reserved & Secured underground parking for one car, or park right outside in the service road.*The Albayt Country club, *{Closed} Golf & Spa Resort is Not open.**{Closed until further notice)}
The complex has 6 outdoor pools. 3 Pools are open ALL YEAR ROUND, but unsupervised. The nearest of the 3 Pools is only a 30 Second walk. Just an 8 minutes walk to the nearest beach and 4 / 8 minutes drive to many other beaches, shops Bars, restaurants and many Golf courses & more. The nearest Mini Market & Restaurants are only a 5 minute walk.
Malaga Airport is 50 minutes & Gibraltar 35 minutes.
Situated in Spain’s Andalusia ~ Costa Del Sol, between Malaga & Gibraltar Airports and close to Marbella, Puerto Banus, Torremolinos & Fuengirola. (San Luis de) Sabinillas is just a couple of minutes drive, with it’s long sandy beach, Cafes, Restaurants, shops & bars etc & plenty of free parking.
A car is recommended for ease of getting around, but not essential as taxis are very cheap. The nearest bus stop is a short walk.
Air conditioning/ Heating with all modern utilities including linen/ Towels. Large rear patio area with sun from early morning until 17:00 *(Dependant on time of year) & for alfresco dining with *BBQ. (*Feature available on Request)
The sun rises across the back terrace until about *17:00 & also remains on the front terrace from noon till sunset, where there is a round glass table & Parasol (June to October only) for anytime alfresco dining. We offer free Internet, Wi Fi via Fibre Optic (including Video Calling) which makes the apartment very attractive for remote workers and Digital nomads who wish to enjoy the all year round Spanish sun.
After the Booking is confirmed (*with the appropriate completed & signed documents) & paid in full, an INFORMATION PACK is emailed with the Name & Phone No. of the Managements contact, Full Address, Maps, Printed Route Instructions +Real-Time YouTube video showing Route to our front door. We will also send the Link of What3Words Route to our exact location.
Discounts of between 5% & 20% is available on Car Hire, & at our local Golf Club published rates whilst renting our apartment. Please ask for details.
No parties or loud music allowed.
No Groups of all same gender allowed.
The Minimum age to rent our apartment is 28 years Old; who must also be present on arrival.
NB. Our apartment holds the appropriate & Mandatory Rental License of the Andalusian Tourist office Issued in Malaga, & therefor require you to complete & sign our *Rental Form & *EU Privacy Policy. Completion is necessary in order to occupy this apartment, as is specified under Spanish Law. Completion is required Immediately & not later than 7 days of being requested.
A copy of which is available on request.
Only the named persons specified on the Booking Document will be permitted to occupy our apartment. **The Principle party Leader must be a minimum age of 28 years.
NB. We reserve our rights to decline reservations on;.. All one gender Groups (of 3 or more) .!!

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DAMAGE DEPOSIT
Which will be Refunded within 3 Days of departure, if vacated in a clean state & without any damage.

The Number of Nights required plus a once only cleaning (service fee), divided by total nights…
Please be aware:- that the rental of our apartment is generally per one family of up to the Maximum of 5 persons, where the lead member is responsible for all.
** Where individual persons or Two Couples (of different family names) jointly rent our apartment, a separate rental form/ agreement must be completed or be signed by each person.. Under such circumstances, the “Refundable Security Deposit” will be 450
Peak Arrival Times are between 16:00 - 22:00 - Departure from the apartment is by 10:00
All other times of year are flexible & are subject to availability of staff for meet & greet services.
**There are no facilities to arrive between the hours of 22:00 & 10:00. We are able to assist in recommending hotels nearby for a late night arrival, so as to check-in the following morning.
••** Please be aware that *Regardless of any Full payments having been made to the relevant booking agencies & any Reservations confirmed by them; the admittance to our property will only be permitted on confirmed receipt of a fully completed & signed booking agreement & a relevant privacy policy, & a copy of the Receipt for the appropriate Refundable Security Deposit.
This is according to our Terms of Rental & Also the local Spanish Law. On receipt of your booking request, we will invite you to complete our *Mandatory booking agreement. form.
