About this property

Our beautiful new 2-bedroom apartment is located in a recent residence that was completed in 2022. Here you can enjoy an excellent location on the Costa del Sol in Andalusia. The location is particularly favorable, with private covered parking and with all necessary amenities nearby and only a few minutes away from Estepona, Port de la Duquesa and Sotogrande.

In addition, it is just an hour's drive from Malaga airport, 30 minutes from Marbella and 35 minutes from Gibraltar. Our apartment is located on the second floor and has a rooftop terrace with beautiful views and is sunny. The apartment has a spacious and inviting layout. It features a spacious bedroom with a King size double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower.

The second bedroom has two single beds. In the living room there is even a sofa bed for two people. There is also an extra fully equipped bathroom. The terrace is generously sized and can accommodate up to 6 people and has an electrically operated awning, a spacious dining table and a comfortable sitting/lounge area.

The fully equipped kitchen, with facilities such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, guarantees that you will feel completely at home during your stay. This high quality apartment is sure to please, a home away from home, and offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the Spanish sun and lifestyle.
