This property was not at all as advertised. We stayed one night and we re-booked into another property. The apartment was located in a neighborhood that was not well lit at night, and we did not feel safe. The apartment lacked hot water for showering, the bed was hard, and the view from the balcony was industrial-like. We requested a refund of at least 50% and were denied.

I have added additional pictures of how the area looks at night. I have also added another picture of the view from the balcony to further assist with informing guests. I would have included a video of the shower which has hot water. It's a pity that you do not seek any advice on how to use it if you were having problems. However, considering the time you eventually arrived being very late and almost mid-night. Wishing you all the best!
