Charming cape house, only five minutes walk (roughly .3 miles) to family friendly Megansett Beach! Four bedrooms, two bathrooms provide sleeping for at least eight. The house is on a quiet family friendly street and is close to many local attractions. It is minutes away from everything you may want on a family vacation: Shining Sea Bike path, Megansett Beach, Old Silver Beach, playground, library, ice cream, tennis courts, restaurants, shopping and more!

The first floor has: an open floor area for the living/family room; bedroom (queen bed); full bath; fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, keurig and regular coffee maker; laundry room with washer and dryer; large outside deck with dining table for 10-12 and gas grill; large screened in porch.

The second floor has: three bedrooms (#1 double and a twin; #2 bunk beds and a twin; #3 two twin beds. Full-size closets and dressers in each); large bathroom with shower.

Outside there is parking for four cars (two in the driveway and two along the front of the house); an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach!

There is no smoking on property; no pets are allowed; no large parties/events.

Cape cod vacation

House was in very good location with the beech. Interior of the house needs some improvement. Kitchen stove is located in the dark corner with out exhaust fan and light utensils in short supply. Upstairs bathroom shower is very small. Not enough room to turn around while in shower. Janardhan

Besides a major, internal renovation before making the property available to rent, we are slowly putting our own stamp on the house. Meantime, we try to describe it accurately in our listing. Charming Cape-y house in sweet locale

House was exactly as described and presented; neighborhood is a wonderful “old cape” place- lots of inter generational homes and a 5 minute walk to a terrific beach. Comfortable, well equipped for a beach weekend- beach chairs!- and a great deck. Flawless handoff from friendly hosts who thought of everything. We will check this house first on our next trip to the cape. Thanks for a great stay!

Loved this cozy Cape Cod cottage close to beach!

From its classic outside charm to its cozy interior, we loved this house. It had everything we needed with enough room for all - we were 7 adults. Loved in particular the screened-in porch with long table for eating meals and playing cards etc. Long table in outside area as well. And living room had room for all to hang out too. Plus only a 6 minute scenic walk to a lovely beach. Our host was extremely attentive, responsive and very helpful and kind. Would recommend!

Our family likes to cook. The house was well equipped and worked well for entertaining nearby relatives. The location is perfect. Delightful walk to beach, easy access to bike routes, perfect location for kayaking, and endless opportunities for lovely walks with scenic views! We had hoped to play tennis but ran out of time. Throughly enjoyed our stay and outdoor adventures!

My family and I had an enjoyable stay at this home in north falmouth. It is very close to the beach, a park and perfect for a larger group with a lot of common spaces to hang out in. Greg was great, very responsive and helpful. We hope to be back next year!

Lovely, Spacious Summer House

The house was very quaint, clean, and perfect for our company retreat. We enjoyed lunch on the outside patio and dinner in the screened-in balcony. The house is also surprisingly big on the inside; there was plenty of space for us to crash for the night. The beach was a short walk away, and the owner was very pleasant to interact with.

Last minute stay

Hi, we booked this last minute, think it was 4 days before arrival! House was great, owner was wonderful letting us check in early in the AM As property was ready. Thinks of the little things- salt/pepper, garbage bags, ziplocks etc. our only wish was that it was closer to beach. We’d stay again!
