2-Room Apartment with Terrace in Piazza Aurora

This spacious two-room apartment, well-furnished and with a wonderful furnished balcony, will allow you to enjoy a delightful family beach holiday.

Accessed via lift from the ground floor and with a covered parking space, San Paolo is just a stone's throw from Piazza Aurora and from the golden beach. You can leave the car behind and explore the centre of Jesolo on foot or by bike.

The San Paolo Apartment is on the third floor with lift of a building built in the early 2000s, located near Piazza Aurora and around 100 metres from the beach. The San Paolo building faces directly onto the Lido di Jesolo pedestrian street and our apartment is to the side, with a spacious south-west facing furnished balcony.

The apartment, nicely furnished and with a floor area of around 50 square metres, consists of:
- spacious living area with kitchenette and sofa-bed sleeping 2;
- room with double bed and single bed;
- bathroom with shower and washing machine.

It can sleep up to 5 people.

The Holiday Home has air conditioning, a TV and a washing machine. A numbered, covered parking space for one car and a space on the beach equipped with beach umbrella and two sun loungers are also available.

The price includes:
- the costs of electricity, gas, both hot and cold water;
- beach service;
- numbered parking for one car;
- final cleaning.

In order to reduce waste and respect nature, the air conditioning is not included and costs Euro 0,50 per kW/h.

Tourist tax and linen not included.

By regulations, groups of young people are not allowed in our apartments. If at the check-in a group shows up, without a special authorization from us, we will be forced to cancel the reservation, without any refund.
