Equipped with a large garden and independent entrance with internal parking, the villa consists of lounge-dining room with fireplace and panoramic window overlooking the sea, kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom with private bathroom, double bedroom + bunk bed with private bathroom, bedroom with bridge bed with pull-out bed, furnished panoramic terrace, with barbecue and external service bathroom.

Services: air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, security system, safe, hot water with solar panel system, washing machine, dishwasher.

Suitable for groups or large families who do not want to give up comfort on vacation. The house can offer up to 12 beds.

The annex of the villa has four beds with fully independent kitchen and bathroom and can be rented together for any servitude.

LOVED IT !

We really loved our journey at Maurizio's place. The view is incredible ! Maurizio is a very warm person, welcoming and nice :) We were so happy to have the chance to spend time between friends, and enjoy the beautiful place which is 10 minutes from the beach by foot ! perfect moment.
