This is a beautiful, modern ground floor apartment that is ideas for both families and couples alike. One of the three large pools is only 20 metres from your ground floor terrace (which is a great size by the way - brilliant for sun bathing!)

The Puerta Marina is within walking distance of everything you need. Local shops, bars and restaurants are only a 5 minute walk and the local beach is 10 minutes away so absolutely perfect for you to enjoy your holiday here.

The apartment is equipped with all comforts; free UK TV and internet included in your rental price. The aircon unit works with a card meter, and you pay what you use (you get the first 10 euros free).

The area is perfect for outdoor activities, waterspouts, cycling and waking. There are several golf courses are close by and there many activities for holiday makers.

Los Alcazares is still a typical Spanish town. People are friendly and very welcoming and you will want to return time and time again.

For arrivals after 21.00 there is an extra charge of 20 euros , to be paid to the person who gives you the key !!!!!!
