This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor apartment is situated on the popular El Divino complex in the centre of Los Alcazares. Its amazing location puts it central to the beaches, shops, bars and restaurants and is perfect for couples, families and small groups alike.

The apartment has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. There is a main bathroom with bath and shower over, and the other bathroom has a corner shower. The apartment has a terrace off the living room with a outdoor dining area that overlooks fields and mountains in the distance. Air con is in the living room and twin bedroom, and is on a meter,10 euros is provided per week complimentary. TV and internet are also included.

The apartment is in the El Divino complex, a lovely, spanish style resdencia with 2 communal pools surrounded by gardens. All you will need to do is take your own loungers for sunbathing, which will need to be removed at the end of the day (these are available for you to use within the apartment).

Living space

The apartment has an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room. The kitchen comes equipped with washing machine, cooker and hob, microwave and fridge freezer. The living room has two very comfortable sofas, air con, Internet and TV is included.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, the twin bedroom has an air con unit. The 2 bathrooms are between the 2 bedrooms. One has a bath with a shower over, and the other has a corner shower unit.

Apartment Location

The apartment is positioned in the middle of Los Alcazares, very central for the beach, shops, bars and restaurants which means there is no need for a car if you prefer. This apartment is the perfect location to ensure a wonderful holiday at a great price !

It would have been good to know that the balcony is in the shade. An addition of a top sheet on the bed would be a good idea so the duvet could be removed as it was quite heavy.

Great little apartment and location

Really good location, cheap and clean, fans in the rooms keep it fairly cool so don’t need the air on so much. Bedrooms are really good sizes ideal 4 person family, only things you have to think about is the pool, The people that live there have strict rules on smiling in the pool, nahh that was a joke but kids can’t have any inflatables or jump in at all. Pool is fantastic and also around the pool it is lovely. Would definitely stay again, only thing that lets it down is the ageing owners that clearly have lost a bit of having fun in life. Lady that dealt with our booking Debbie was fantastic, couldn’t of asked for more.
