ATENCIÓN! VILLA FAMILIAR. NO SE ACEPTAN RESERVAS DE GRUPOS MENORES DE 25. NO SE ACEPTAN FIESTAS NI EVENTOS RUIDOSOS.
Casa recién reformada, estilo minimalista. Todas las habitaciones tienen grandes ventanas, armarios completos y aire acondicionado. Ofrece lavavajillas, lavadora, cafetera, horno, microondas. Fantástica Iluminación exterior, combinados con muebles modernistas
Zona Barbacoa, Piscina, y zona zeen. Ilunimacion del jardín, automática. Solo a 3 km de la playa, y a 1km aproximadamente de la zona de tiendas y bares, 4 km del pueblo costero de l'Ametlla de Mar, 30 minutos de Salou, donde se encuentra el parque de atracciones Port Aventura y 40 minutos del aeropuerto de Reus.
No se aceptan fumadores ni mascotas. A partir de las 22 no se admiten ruidos que puedan molestar a los vecinos. Se considera una villa familiar, por lo que no se aceptan reservas de menores de 24 años. Las entradas y salidas fueras de horario se cobran en efectivo a 10 € hora, antes de la entrada de la villa

Tolles Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, auf einem tollen Grundstück. Alles war wir brauchte war in ein paar Minuten erreichbar, Restaurants, Supermarkt, Strand etc. Auch Ziele für andere Ausflüge waren in der Umgebung reichlich vorhanden. Die Vermieter Esther und Manolo waren sehr herzlich und haben sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert.

Tolles ruhig gelegenes Haus

Das Haus verfügt über Klimaanlagen in jedem Zimmer. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Sogar Geschirrspüler ist vorhanden. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich in einem getrennten Raum. TV empfängt über Sat (Astra) alle benötigten Sender. Das Grundstück ist sehr sonnig gelegen und der Pool hat eine ideale Größe. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Manolo empfangen. Der erklärte uns die Haustechnik und gab Tipps zu Restaurants. In der Folgezeit kümmerte er sich um Grundstück und Pool, war aber "unsichtbar". Wir waren einen Monat hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Maison idéale entre amis et famille

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans la maison d ester et manolo qui sont des hôtes extrêmement gentil,souriant et irréprochables comme leur maison! Nous n avons manqué de rien dans la maison. Le jardin avec la piscine est super. Nous avons hâte de passer de futur vacances dans leur maison! A réserver sans hésiter !
