The townhouse is situated in a beautiful garden with palm trees, waterfalls, pond, communal swimming pool and children's pool. Swimming pool, 50 m from the house, with sun loungers and parasols.
We still have a 2nd home in the same complex homeaway nr 1416007
The house is furnished as a house, and not as a holiday home, where everyone feels at home, with the comfort of home.
Spacious, sunny living room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen (like at home). Large master bedroom with terrace (view of the garden and swimming pool), sun from getting up until around 8 p.m.

 2 double bedrooms with large, fully fitted bathroom.

Excellent stay. Nothing major to complain about. The landlady and family (daughter and grandchildren) were very friendly and always willing to interact. Excellent location, very safe and extremely peaceful.Easy access to the beach, supermarkets, and restaurants. I hope to return.

Parfait :) Super vacances!!

La maison est parfaite : très spacieuse, lumineuse, fonctionnelle...il y a tout ce qu'il faut ( machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, sèche-cheveux...). Le cadre est magnifique. Pour les enfants c'est top, il y a une aire de jeux avec trampoline et balançoires, sans oublier la piscine... Un grand merci à Anne et Philip! Très sympathiques, bienveillants, à l'écoute et prêts à aider si besoin...bref, ils savent accueillir. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation! Merci et à bientôt ;)

Nous avons loué la maison de Anne pour 15 jours cet été. Tout a été parfait : depuis le début de nos contacts avec Anne jusqu'à notre retour. Nous avons eu toutes les infos concernant le logement et les activités à faire avant notre arrivée. La maison est très bien équipée et de très bon standing. Nous sommes une famille de 7 personnes et nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise. La propriété, la piscine, tout est conforme à la description de l'annonce. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Insgesamt 11 schöne Tage. Lage sehr gut. Nicht direkt am Meer - nicht wirklich zu Fuß erreichbar. Dort läuft aber auch die Autobahn entlang... Haus in einer abgeschlossenen Wohnanlage. Angenehmer Pool. Alles gepflegt. Haus selbst geräumig, genau richtig für unserer Zwecke und für ruhigen Urlaub. Kleine Schönheitsfehler: sehr 'haariger' Teppich im Wohnzimmer (Katze ?); immer wiederkehrender, sehr lästiger Pfeifton vom Wasserboiler, nicht zu beheben. Sehr angenehm und hilfreich: die Vorbereitung der Anreise durch Vermieter (Weg vom Flughafen, Fahrradvermietung etc.), sehr unkompliziert

Vielen dank fur ihren bewertung . es ist schon zu lesen, dass mein haus fur ihnen angenehm was; der teppich is neu, der zusammensetzung ist 80 % Wolle deshalb die immer noch wolle raus kommt. Haustieren sind in meinem haus nicht erlaubt.Also keine katzen. den bulex ist auch neu von juni. es gab ein problem mit der druck des wassers; der techniker kummert sich fur eine losung. ich danke ihnen fur alles grussen Anne

Sehr gepflegtes geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Alle Elektrogeräte, welche man benötigt, sind vorhanden. Sehr gepflegte ruhige Anlage mit schönen Pool. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute Kontaktaufname zum Vermieter per Email und Telefon. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Fantastic house in El Paraiso area

I stayed in this property in Paraiso Park in June 2017 with my wife and nine month old son. The house is very well kept with a modern decor, is spacious and comfortable, and has all the conveniences you would need. Anne even provided everything we needed for our baby (cot, highchair, toys, etc.). We particularly enjoyed spending time on the terrace which is nicely shaded and had very comfortable furnishings (exactly as in the pictures). We ate in a lot during our stay and made extensive use of the BBQ and well equipped kitchen. The resort itself is very nice with an excellent pool. We regularly stay in another resort in the area and, based on that, I believe the pool in this resort may be heated as the temperature was much more comfortable than what we've experienced elsewhere. During our stay we used the broadband a lot and found the speed to be consistently excellent - we used it to watch Netflix most nights without problems. You will need a car when staying here, but that is true for most of El Paraiso. The resort is a very short drive to Puerto Banus, Benahavis, and Estepona. The restaurant Alcaria di Ramos can be walked to in about 10 mins and I would highly recommend it. The house has a shaded car-port which is a must-have in the summer heat. Anne was an exceptional host; she kept up regular communication in advance of our holiday, spent time with us when we arrived to show us around and ensure we had everything we needed, and checked in with us to make sure all was going well during our stay. Prachtig kader

Zeer mooie woning met alle modern comfort. Zowel het interieur als het terras, de privé-tuin als de gemeenschappelijke delen zijn prima onderhouden. Ruime slaapkamers met bedden van goede kwaliteit. De golfclubs Paraiso en Atalaya liggen op wandelafstand. In het huis stonden 2 sets golfclubs + kar ter beschikking. Dat moesten we dus niet van thuis meebrengen. De omgeving is zeer mooi: het nabijgelegen dorp Benahavis, Puerto Banus, Estepona, San Pedro, Marbella en Malaga zijn zeker een bezoek waard. En ... terrasjes, tapasbars en restaurants zijn er naar ieders smaak. Paraiso Park is een aanrader. Wij komen zeker terug.

“Détente, confort dans un environnement soigné”

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement. Les propriétaires ont été de très bons conseils et à l'écoute. La maison est spacieuse, lumineuse, bien équipée et confortable. Les terrasses extérieures nous permettaient de prendre l'intégralité des repas à l'extérieur. Le jardin privatif est un plus pour se retrouver pour lire et prendre un bain de soleil dans l'intimité et au calme. La maison est proche de la plage, de Marbella, Porto Banus et de nombreux golfs (les propriétaires nous ont proposé de nous prêter des clubs si nécessaire). Le forfait électricité a été largement suffisant pour l'intégralité du séjour. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Schönes Haus in einer ruigen Anlage

Wir hatten das Haus für 2 Wochen in der Hauptferienzeit gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus und die Anlage sind sauber und gepflegt; in der Woche sind permanent 2 Gärtner vor Ort, die den Garten und den Pool pflegen. Vor Ort gibt es Ansprechpartner, die in der Anlage wohnen (Anreise spät abends war kein Problem). Das Haus liegt angenehm ruhig; trotz der Hauptferienzeit war nur kleinerer Teil der Häuser belegt, da nicht alle Häuser an Gäste vermietet werden. WLAN ist in der Mitte der Anlage am Pool /im Garten kostenlos verfügbar. Supermarkt, Golfplätze und Strände sind von hier aus sehr gut und schnell erreichbar. Gerne empfehlen wir das Haus weiter! D.

Topvakantie in tophuis

Wij hebben samen met ons dochtertje van 2 een topvakantie gehad in dit vakantiehuis. Het huis is ruim, proper en je hebt er alles wat je nodig hebt, ook voor jongere kinderen/babies. De verhuurders stuurden ons uitgebreide informatie over de omgeving op voorhand, wat het des te gemakkelijker maakte om lekkere restaurantjes en leuke plaatsjes te vinden. Wij zijn nog nooit naar een huis geweest dat zoveel te bieden heeft en we ons zo op ons gemak voelden. Bedankt voor alles en wij komen zeker terug.

Ruim & gezellig vakantieverblijf!

Recent verbleef ik enkele dagen in deze woning. Ik heb enorm genoten van mijn verblijf. Het biedt alle comfort en is rustig gelegen. Toch is het ook niet ver van het centrum van Marbella of Puerto Banus zodat je gemakkelijk eens op stap kan gaan. Het huis heeft een grote tuin met middenin een mooi zwembad. Een plusplunt is ook dat er dankzij de goeie ligging toch heel wat privacy is. Hier kom ik zeker terug!

tof huisje, ideale omgeving, uiterst goede sfeer

Het huisje is vlot bereikbaar vanaf de luchthaven en ligt ook dichtbij naburige stadjes waar rustieke restaurantjes en winkels voorhanden zijn. Het huisje is goed uitgerust en netjes verzorgd, alles is voorhanden om een leuk verblijf te garanderen. Wij waren er al eerder en komen graag terug, zeker een aanrader!

The townhouse is prachtig uitgerust met alle comfort, van Senseo koffiemachine tot haardrogers, over poetsgerief tot champagneglazen om maar te zwijgen over de zeer goede bedden. De dag begint schitterend met het ontbijt in de zon, bij een fris glas sinaasappelsap. Het is lekker luieren in de tuin in de comfortabele terras- en ligzetels. Alles ademt ruimte en gezelligheid. In één woord : vacaciones !

Heerlijk rustig

Een heerlijk ruime en schone accommodatie. Wij waren met 2 stellen met ieder 2 kinderen. De kinderen konden vrij rondrennen met in september ook weinig andere gasten, dus het zwembad bijna voor ons alleen. Compleet uitgeruste huisjes en veel leuke restaurantjes in de buurt (wel rij-afstand). De accommodatie heeft ons allen een heerlijke week bezorgd. Enig minpunt is de slechte internetverbinding. Wij zouden zo weer terugggaan, dankjewel Anne!

Higly Recommended!

I had a wonderful time! It's my second time I've been here and it's starting to feel like my second home. The house has spacious rooms, a fully equiped kitchen and a comfortable living room. There's a garden and big balcony with the nicest view to quitely relax and enjoy the sun! It's located perfectly since both the beach and the city are nearby. There are also lovely markets to wander around and many local restaurants to eat some of the best tapas or to enjoy a glass of sangria with dinner. I would highly recommend this place for a great holiday!

Prachtige plek

Prachtige plek! Een oase van rust. Alles is er mooi verzorgd uit (super goede bedden en mooi beddengoed.) Heerlijk zwembad, mooie tuin, mooi terras. Super vriendelijke ontvangst van de eigenares, je krijgt heel wat leuke tips over (lekker uit eten, mooie plaatsen,...) Wij hadden er een super geslaagde vakantie.

Ik heb enorm genoten van mijn verblijf hier! Ruime kamers en badkamer, gezellig interieur, mooi zicht op de tuin, prachtig balkon, ... en uiteraard het zwembad! Daarbovenop is het rustig gelegen maar kan je ook vlot naar het centrum van Marbella! Zeker een aanrader!

Rust en schoonheid

Ons verblijf in dit huis was een echte aanrader! Ondanks de late datum op het jaar hebben we nog volop van het zonnetje kunnen genieten in de rustige, prachtig aangelegde en onderhouden tuin. Een duik in het zwembad is eind november echt voor de grote ijsberen, maar je wordt er wel meteen wakker van. Het huis zelf is erg ruim en afgewerkt in hoogwaardige materialen, en is volledig uitgerust om comfortabel met 6 mensen te slapen en te wonen. Grote badkamer en vooral een geëquipeerde keuken. Met de supermarkt op 5 minuten rijden beleef je hier echt kookplezier. Wij hebben er alvast van genoten!

Très jolie maison , un cadre magnifique , très beau jardin et une très chouette piscine De plus , nous étions très proches de tous ( puerto banus , super marché , centre commercial , la mer ...) , bref impossible de s'ennuyer L'endroit est très calme et les propriétaires disponibles et très avenants Nous avons adorés notre séjour , nous y retournerons sans hésitations

A aose of peace , only 5 minutes away from beach, estepona, Marbella, puerto banus. We live half a year in a house next to our renting house . So we can help our renters in everything.

What makes this property unique

The houses are very spacious 177 Squar meters. With big enclosed garden 27.000 squar meter ,very safe, also for children. 3 Terraces Front and backside house. So sun on Terrace all day. From your Terrace you have a private garden, who end in the big garden. We live several months in the house ! It is furnished as a home where you feel home !
The kitchen is furnished just as at home.
