This spacious 3 bedroom property is nicely decorated and tucked into the heart of South Forest Beach.
The extra large deck off the living room is a perfect spot for outdoor dining and afternoon refreshments. The condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. King in the master, 1 Queen & 1 Twin in BR 2, 2 Twins in BR 3 plus a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit offers a great ocean view and is located within a short walk to the beach & pool area. There is a zero entry oceanfront swimming pool and hot tub. Pool is Heated March 1 - April 30 and Oct 1 - November 30 Shorewood. 234 has all of the essentials of home and more. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are flat screen TV's with wireless internet plus easy key less entry access. The owner spends a good deal of time in the condo to ensure it looks great for renters and remains well maintained. Once you and your family vacation here, you will want to return again and again! Shorewood is one of our most requested properties in the area, the grounds are immaculate and the units are quite spacious & well maintained.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 10/10! Where to begin???The unit its self was great. We booked the unit for a girls trip with 6 people. Very very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Unit was very clean. We LOVED the large patio and all the seating it provided. The location was great. Close to the pool and beach and a comfortable walking distance to Coligny Plaza. The only thing we didn't like was that you had to go out and around to get to the pool area and walkway to the beach but still not bad! We loved that a service was offered to rent beach equipment and that a credit was provided for it. The overall customer service received from Seashore Vacations was amazing! The booking process was very easy and efficient. The communication following was excellent. All information clearly provided. I plan to book the same unit again with Seashore Vacations.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I don't usually write reviews as a rule. However, this was a fantastic stay! Just about the best place you can stay on the island. The hub of activities is 1 block away. The bike path ends in the driveway. They were just finishing up painting on the building for a nice touch up. The unit is nice. Could use some updating but overall well worth the location and view right out the center to the ocean. Coffee is a standard pot (not Kurig :))

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, the elevator was out of service and the entire parking garage was closed. The hallways and stairwells were dark & unlit. The condo unit was desperately in need of up updating - especially the bathrooms. We were told this was one of the nicer units! This property seems to be on the decline. Hoping the company has nicer units as they were pleasant to work with.
