About this property

Easy access 2 bedroom step-free Southsea apartment with garden

A private entrance at the front. A fully fenced garden at the back. And smart, modern rooms with colour co-ordinated furnishings in between. Francis Hollow offers an exceptionally high quality apartment in which up to 6 guests can enjoy step-free access to all areas of the property.

The two bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the apartment, with the main bedroom at the front. It features a Super Kingsize zip and link bed which can be configured as a double or twins. The room also has a dressing table and open wardrobe. The second bedroom at the back of the house is similar, although has a double bed an no dressing table.

But there’s still plenty of space in which to get ready after you’ve freshened up in the apartment’s bathroom. It's fully tiled with a tub and shower overhead, so you can choose how you get ready for a new day. Towels will be waiting on the beds for all guests to use in here, and your welcome pack features some essential toiletries.

Onto the main area of the house, the open plan living/dining/kitchen space. It’s a great room in which you can all gather to watch the 43-inch TV with Netflix, or just relax with a book or browse your social media. There’s table space in here if you have work to do – a dining table and a breakfast bar which you can also use for mealtimes, of course.

And delicious dinners, sumptuous suppers and sneaky snacks can be prepared in the apartment’s kitchen where you’ll find appliances aplenty along with all the cookware you need. A washer/dryer in here means you can keep clothes clean and wear your favourites more than once during your stay.

And last but not least, your garden, with decking leading to a grassed area. It’s full fenced offering a secure place for the adults to relax and kids to play if you’re staying as a family.

The area around the apartment is well served by buses, and you can always order taxis to get someone else to drive you around. Parking is available on the streets around the house and your hosts can arrange free permits for you to do this. And Fratton railway station is under a mile away, with direct services into Portsmouth Harbour.
