Beautiful totally restored holiday house with private pool
Maisange is a beautiful, recently fully restored holiday home for up to 5 people (4 adults and 1 child). The house features a delightful large garden and a completely private swimming pool with a sun terrace and parasols, where you can enjoy the sun in peace and quiet.
Inside
The property offers an atmospheric living/dining room with TV, home cinema, and wifi. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and freezer. On the ground floor, there are two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom, and a baby cot. The owners' passion is reflected in the excellent care and thoughtful touches, such as fresh vegetables from their own garden.
Outside
In the large garden, you can enjoy expansive views over the rolling hills. The swimming pool, landscaped with palm trees, and the sun terrace with loungers and a barbecue provide everything you need for a relaxing outdoor lifestyle.
Surroundings
The house is located just outside the village of Rampoux, on the border of the Lot and the Dordogne. Characteristic towns such as Gourdon (15 km), Sarlat (25 km), and Cahors (25 km) are within easy reach. From the garden, you have a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside.
Activities
For the active holidaymaker, there are plenty of cycling and walking opportunities directly from the house. In the nearby area, you can go kayaking on the Dordogne, play tennis in Lavercantière, or swim in the recreational lake at Cazals (8 km).
