COWLEY ROAD - 2 MIN WALK - The city's hipster enclave, famous for its eclectic restraunts, many featured in Time Out Magazine. It also has great music venues (O2 Academy), The Ultimate Picture Palace (an independent cinema) and lined with supermarkets, banks, shops and everything you need to cover your daily needs.

ST CLEMENTS - 2 MIN WALK - More restaurants and bars and also a 24/7 bus service to London and surrounding airports. 5 min walk to South Park (perfect for your morning run), and a little further beyond that you can reach both Oxford Brookes University and Headington's hospitals by foot.

SELF CHECK IN
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys and call outs, so please be careful with them.

PARKING
Unfortunately there isn't parking on premises, however I highly recommend 'JustPark' online to find inexpensive nearby spaces

- No parties or extra guests
- Please respect the neighbours by keeping the noise down and no noise after 10pm
- No shoes inside
- When leaving the property please make sure you lock the front door, windows and back door
- If a guest locks themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox at checkout, a £50 fee will apply
- If a guest loses or breaks a set of keys, a £100 fee will apply
- Please make sure rubbish instructions are followed correctly, including using correct bin bags and taking outside in time for rubbish collection day
- Kitchen - please wash up after yourself
